Noisy all night. It sounded like people who stayed by our room were having a party. So much noise all night. Doors paper thin you can hear everything. Couldn’t sleep all night.

Hotel itself was decent, but the people that were checked in were very loud and disrespectful as I can hear them through the wall. First room I checked into smelled completely like weed so I asked to be relocated, which they did. My key for some reason was deactivated the next day which was so annoying because I came back late at night and has to walk all the way back to the lobby to get it reactivated. Rooms are not connected within the hotel lobby so you have to go back outside to access your room which was a bit of an issue considering it was snowing and raining during my stay. Grab and go Breakfast was provided.

Clean and pleasant front desk staff! Lovely stay!

Cheap and affordable. Good serene and excellent service. Your break service was excellent.

Room has black mold and stunk so bad, it was cold n no heater!

All the staff I interacted with were nice, friendly, and willing to help me. The breakfast was great. The location is kind of hidden. You can miss it if not very careful.

The carpet is old. There were also dirty spots on our carpet in our room.

Older, very lightly remodeled property. Feel the age, but it wasn't bad. Breakfast was good, and proximity to the BWI was great.

Everything is good. Room is clean, stuff is nice, lets of parking spaces.

I’m not used to hotels that need outright security that sits in the lobby after hours - that leaves a little bit of worry and a bad taste in a visitor’s mouth. The staff I interacted with was great - he was nice but there were other staff that were behaving unprofessionally. Someone came up during my check in and just requested a room key - I assume he was a staff member as one was just handed over. Other staff was standing around when there was another person to check in. The room is actually fine. It standard and I don’t have any issues with that at all. The hotel overall could use some sprucing up. The elevator feels like a death trap!

This hotel had no heat! The room was freezing! There was no way to switch from a/c to heat! The had to provide space heaters! Hotel was not up to Wyndham standards!

For the price, its ok. Staying in DC can get expensive so found this hotel at a really good price...but not sure about staying this far out from DC (although it wasn't that far), next time I'll be staying closer to or in DC.

The linens were dirty, the tub needs to be replaced

This place is NOTHING like the photos. I booked a well known chain expecting only the basics as I pretty much checked in at 9pm and left the next morning at 7am. The hotel should be 2 stars max! The place smelled and was stuffy from the moment you walk in. The elevator is disgusting. The hall was dirty and smelled like mildew and weed. Fixtures were old and outdated. The linens were dirty!! The tv was frustrating to work. The vent in the bathroom was spitting out dust as I showered. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!! Also, don’t ask the check in attendant about a quick bite to eat. She was no help and sent me on a goose chase.

Called and requested a shuttle from the Metro station, and they said it was on the way. Checked Google Maps and it is a 7-minute drive. Waited 20 minutes before calling back, and the front desk lady who picked up reassured me the driver was on his way before hanging up (accidentally or intentionally...not sure). Shuttle finally arrived 40 minutes after I called. They really left me hanging at night at a Metro station in a place I've never been. Got into our room at 11pm, and, after a few minutes of unpacking, the rumbling of a small army filled the hallway. Other reviewers also mentioned the loud noise, so I called the front desk and asked, "Are there quiet hours?" She said, "No sir, we don't have that....*puts hand over phone* hey, do we have quiet hours or something?" Very unprofessional. She got back on and asked if there was a noise problem, which I pointed out the issue outside my door. To their credit, they took care of it within 5 minutes, and we were good the rest of the night. In the morning, I signed up for a ride back to the Metro station. The shuttle did not leave on-time, and the vehicle we took was unmarked, so I almost missed it. Overall, the hotel is decent, but prepare for exorbitant prices and weak customer service.

Thank you for reaching out to us and expressing your concerns from your recent stay. We are sorry to hear you had this experience. For the comfort and health of all guests we take reports like this seriously. We've not reports of this room having any cleanliness issues prior to now, as a precaution we'll have this room inspected and sure it is nothing to be alarmed by. The AC is still on for the hotel, you can heat the room by adjusting the thermostat, but it does take some time to warm up, in the meantime before the heat is turned on for the hotel, we can provide a heater to help. Just let us know you need some assistance and we'll be happy to help you.

We appreciate your feedback and sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. The guestrooms have a unique wooden plank flooring with a small strip of carpet around the beds for comfort, we will be happy to have housekeeping check this carpet strip for us and replace it if it is not washable. Thank you for reporting that to us.
