Great place to stay!

Loved this cottage! Updated, cute and clean as well as a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops! Would definitely rent again!

Cute & Comfortable Cottage

Loved our stay at this duplex! Clean, clear instructions and nicely updated. Pet friendly and the backyard area with picnic table was perfect. We’d love to visit again when in Cocoa Beach!

Overflow for family gathering.

We live down the street and needed an extra bedroom while family visited. Worked well because it's only 2 blocks away. Will probably use again when family comes to town. Everything was good.

Coziness at Cocoa Beach

Overall, this was such a great and easy place to stay. A few blocks from a public beach access, very close to local eateries (walking distance), yet out of the hectic traffic area of Cocoa. We will definitely stay here again! Honestly, it was perfect for our family of 6!

Preparation of home prior to check in

The kitchen sink faucet was faulty and wouldn't flow from the main faucet. You had to hold the spray button down to get water which was an inconvenience. The main issue was the property manager wasn't away and commented on a fix that wasn't the issue. The bathroom was only stocked with half a roll of TP. Site listing should say pack in everything as it's not a well stocked listing.

Convenient and clean

Loved how close the property is to downtown Cocoa beach . It was very quiet, even though it’s bustling only a block away east of the rental . Everything was clean , small fenced in private yard was perfect for our dog, washer and dryer was convenient, so close to beach and also fun skatepark for anyone who skates or with kids that skateboard. Loved our stay !

A short walk to the beach

The house was lovely and conveniently close to the beach. We were very happy to have the washing machine to use. Our stay was way too short and we hope to come again next year.

Great location

Great location to walk to ocean and restaurants. Very clean. Had chairs and towels for the beach. Only negative was our side didn’t have access to the grassy back yard that would have been great for the dog, only had one small rocky area that wasn’t very inviting. Would recommend this place.

Aesthetically Cute House but Needs Some Updates

Is this property pretty? Yes. It is a couple minutes walk from a public access point on the beach. Cons: Light bulbs out in the bedrooms After reaching out to staff about the AC unit we were told it is co-dependent on the rental next door. We could not get it below 78 degrees which is too hot for my spouse and mother-in-law. We had issues with the wrong code on the door and getting inside which was resolved after about 10 minutes. The beach chairs and toys included in the rental are all broken. I even took a picture of the chair with no seat in it after we took it to the beach. The one bathroom has low water pressure and if you try to change to the other shower head it shoots water across the bathroom. Did the staff text back? Yes. Could the rental have been closer to described in the listing without AC issues? Yes. Still giving the property 3/5 because it is cute, close to the water, had extra linens but probably will look at a different location to stay in the future. It was just too hot and with three people and barely any decent water pressure it became uncomfortable.

Great spot!

We just stayed 6 nights. Its a great house! Felt immediately at home and its stocked with all the basics you need. The beds were so comfortable especially the master! Location couldn't be any better walking distance to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Loved having access to laundry also! Oh and there is a cool 24/7 gym literally across the street. Would recommend and would stay again!! Thank you so much!

Cocoa Beach quick trip

Wanted to visit friends and try to catch the Space X crew launch. Unfortunately, the launch pushed but had a wonderful stay. 2 kids and 2 adults worked out fine with one child in the living room the other in the bedroom. Had an issue with wifi which was responded to and resolved promptly. Great communication and great property. Really enjoyed proximity to the beach where we watched some dog surfing and had an excellent lunch at 4th st Filling station. Overall great stay!

Our Best Spring Break at CCB. We highly recommended this cottage !

We had an amazing spring break away from Virginia Beach cold weather! This place was amazing , beautiful and full of style. Our family enjoyed every bit of the house and amenities. Short distance to the beach and lots of shopping areas as well as best restaurants. Everything in the house was brand new and very well equipped for our needs. We will definitely be returning to this beach coziness! As a military family and all the travel we do this, is definitely our favorite place to visit anytime if the year. All question above were five star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute Beach Home

This 2 bedroom was decorated beautifully! Beds we’re comfy. Place was super clean. It’s tiny and the yard is tiny. My son needed to sleep on the futon couch. There wasn’t designated bedding for it nor pillows . I took an extra pillow from my daughters room and used one of our own blankets. No biggie. Close to beach! Close to everything.

Perfect location and excellent property manager

This property is an easy walk to the beach and many fabulous restaurants. The property manager, Cindy, quickly responded to our questions both before and during our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this duplex.

Clean and brand new!

This townhouse is clean, comfortable, and brand new inside. We needed a place to stay while our condo was having work done and it was perfect! Cindy was so kind, helpful, and understanding. Just what we needed!! We can't thank her enough!!
