I did not enjoy my stay. I will not be coming back and I recommend other people don’t stay here either. I was there just for three nights. I did not have Internet access the whole time I was there and I work from home so this was a huge inconvenience for me. I kept reporting it day by day and they kept telling me someone was gonna get in contact with me no one ever did so when I checked out, the Front Desk told me that they could give me a free day stay but since I was checking out and I definitely was not going to stay there again —this free stay did not really help me so I asked for a refund and of course they refused to give that to me. The lady recommended that I call corporate office. She even wouldn’t write the number down for me considering the inconvenience that I experience there so no, I will not be staying here again. Also, when I first came to my room, the toilet was stopped up, so I went downstairs to report it. The girl on the phone was with the maintenance guy whom I could hear complaining to her. I guess they really didn’t want to come and fix it so she gave me a plunger and I was able to fix it but seriously if you don’t like your job just quit and give it to somebody else who wants it.

Last minute booking and was surprised to find such an affordable property nearly adjacent to a public beach access. It appeared to be an old property, but also much larger than most of the same chain. A bit noisy outside late at night, but the room was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good, affordable option for a place to sleep overnight and/or a quick trip to the beach

They checked me in early which was very helpful. The pool and landscaping are very nice. There is plenty of shopping and food in walking distance. Public beach access is very close, an easy walk. The beds weren't very comfortable.

They kicked us out of the room 15 mins after checking in. I booked a kitchenette and they gave me a dirty room with no fridge or microwave. They said the people that were living next door with like 6 people in it said we were being loud and we had to leave. We were not at all. It was 9pm on a Saturday night.

My stay was for six days. No issues until Friday morning when I found two German cockroaches at the AC unit in my room. They offered to move me to a new room, but I declined, as I was checking out the next morning. No offer of any percentage of refund due to cockroach activity. Overall, staff was nice and understanding of my frustration. Five minute walk to the beach, food and activities close by. Pool was clean. Not a lot of noise from other tenants.

Would not allow me to check in. Worker was new and said he didn’t know what he was doing and how I could pay the $20 fee in person and none of his bosses would answer the phone. So he cancelled my stay. I had 2 young children in my car and we had drove 16 hrs straight and wanted to rest our head for a night. A night I paid for. I wasn’t allowed to check in. Unbelievable.

Did not get the room we paid for ahead of time. Roaches in our room. Tried to force us to leave a great review in order to get more than one mini shampoo for our family of 4. We watched a small lizard go in our neighbors room. Very unclean place. Do NOT recommend! Zero room service for our entire stay.
