The staff was not very helpful when I asked for things. I paid for the suite, which was not cheap, and the door had to be forced shut. For paying $700 for a night, I would expect my room to be perfect and for the staff to willingly help me get some milk for my two-year-old from the kitchen.

The toilet ran all night long. The toilet paper holder was pretty much falling apart. The sheets on the bed didn’t even fit the bed they kept coming off and when we went downstairs to ask for a garbage bag because housekeeping had not emptied the garbage we did not get one. Upon check in, they asked for a credit card which I expected and I asked her if it was just for the incidentals and she told me yes so I put my debit card on there knowing we would not charge anything to the room then it threw a $400 hold on my debit card. I am a federal government employee and right now. I’m still waiting to be paid so that was a shocker

Although the decor was a lityle dated, the room was spitless and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful snd check in snd check out processes were seamless. Shuttle to the cruise pier was efficient and driver was very frienfly. Woukd definitrly stay again.

From the moment I walked in, Misty at the Front Desk turned what could have been a weary, stressful arrival into a truly welcoming experience. After being awake for 18 hours, her kindness and graciousness made me feel instantly at ease. She greeted me with warmth, patience, and genuine hospitality—the kind of service you wish every hotel professional embodied. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and thoughtful touches were evident, making it clear that the hotel takes pride in both its staff and its accommodations. Misty set the tone for our entire visit, and I can honestly say she is a shining example of what hospitality should be. If every hotel had a Misty at the front desk, travel would be a whole lot brighter.
