We booked specifically for the shuttle services and were not able to be accommodated as advertised. Our pickup time was 12:50p for our 1p-1:30p check in. At almost 2p we were still waiting on a shuttle and were not provided a definitive pick up time. We ultimately had to call a Uber.a

It was as expected. no complain. The staff are sure the hard working. just minor thing which could be Expedia and not the hotel, there were supposed to be wine for us as perk and there wasnt and when I asked they say our hotel dosent provide that so I appreciate if Expedia dont provide false info.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was great. The lady that drove us on the shuttle to the cruise terminal was very sweet and also let us know about the rocket launch which made our trip even more exciting
