Linens were dirty and stained . Room was dirty along with bathroom. There was a dirty wash cloth on the floor. I felt dirty sleepy there even showing. It was not a comfortable sleeping environment. I won't be booking there again

Staff was good! The room itself was uncomfy — floor was wet-ish, after taking a shower I walked around the room & had to wash feet thoroughly due to black coloring. Wore shoes for remainder of stay outside of the bed. Only other issues, bathtub struggles to drain (assuming sand was an impact due to beach closely), main living room had a poisonous smell, and we did find a few dead bugs throughout the room.

Front desk man was not very friendly. Room was ok until I seen two roaches. The electrical plugs, only one on each worked. Bed was as hard as a rock. Suffice it to say I will never stay here again!

The room was filthy. I found a mystery bug. Possible bed bug. I'm throwing everything I had with me in the room away to avoid bringing anything back home with me. The staff doesn't come and pick up trash or restock towels even if requested. The manager who is supposed to resolve issues escalated a situation and even made fun of what my brother was wearing after he and I got tattoos together. Very disrespectful and possibly racists
