There was only 1 mirror in the room which was the bathroom mirror. Parking was limited. The staff was amazing however even with a snow storm happening. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Rooms are outdated. Rooms are not insulated and freezing. Heating system is old and clicks on every 5 minutes. SO loud. Shuttle system was suggested by the staff to go to an event nearby, and was promised to be easy and convenient. Getting there was no problem, but couldn’t get anyone to come pick us up. Waited for almost an hour and ended up getting an Uber with no apologies from anyone. Will not stay here again

Your staff was wonderful as was the cleanliness of the room! Only disappointment was the fact that your breakfast was only open till 9 AM- on New Year’s Day??? Very limited options - no pancakes, muffins were a bit dry! Only 2 options- hard boiled eggs and sausage gravy w biscuits.

Stayed here for the sole purpose of catching an Early AM flight because of the close proximity - boutique representation and shuttle service. The Morning didn’t start out well with the shuttle being LATE (clear weather) and no one thought to mention that the shuttle drops off not at the terminal but off site at the old International drop off by parking lot?? So just a let down that both front desk couldn’t mention this when u see a mother and child with the many luggage in storage that an Uber would have been a better option because of the drop off location not being at terminals or curb. (If I wouldn’t have had all the international flight arrivals years ago at Hopkins it was a missed flight) we barely made the flight The driver was really abrasive and rude and even drove off with the other guests belongings- he was only about tips. I can say I think he was the worst driver ever for lifetime shuttle experiences. The hotel other than the disastrous shuttle experience was very good! I wud recommend the hotel but def not using the shuttle. The shuttle was a fail. Hotel was Cute- Unique Clean and no complaints on that side at all! Breakfast lady was the most helpful and positive out of any other interactions.
