It is a decent place to stay, easy to get to right off tge interstate.
Vent in Bathroom did not work. The toilet was loose and wobbled when you sat on it. Very dated hotel on whole. Staff was pleasant. $100 was put on hold for incidentals.
FIRST…the front desk person was not warm or friendly. SECOND… the first room she gave me had not been cleaned. THREE… the 2nd room was not cleaned good hair in the sink, counter in bathroom was not wiped and the room smelled like a DOG. WASTE OF MONEY I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE PUTTING A BLAST ON FACEBOOK. YUKKKK’

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast qas better than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was quiet. Very pleasant overall.
Property could have been cleaner, but the overall stay was nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to I-271 and nearby shops.
Overall my stay went very well. The only issue was there were some wires exposed by the light switch in the bathroom. Being a trades professional myself I didn’t see much harm but I could see someone that unfamiliar being scared of getting shocked etc. with the combination of water being so close.
No fridge or microwave in the room, bed on the smaller side. Staff was friendly.

Shower did not drain. Showered in 2-4” of water in shower. Fire alarm beeped for hours apparently needed battery changed ? Not a good experience at all. Only plus was the geographic proximity to the event we were attending.

Staff were efficient but not overly friendly. Room basic but clean. Bathroom definitely could use updating and mirw cleaning. Comfy bed. Found charging a challenge for box charging units since onky outlets are in base of lamp. With COVID-19 restrictions, they were still offering a free breakfast that they prepare and provide. Did not get breakfast since it was a microwave breakfast sandwich. Overall okay stay.
