The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was great. Hotel desk staff were not so helpful. Also, there were renovations going on (which is sometimes to be expected) but the hallways were not clean. There was debris on the floors (likely from the construction). The room itself was clean, however.

The staff were amazing & very accommodating. I needed change rooms & was put in a room near the area being renovated & was exchanged with no hassle. The hotel is very clean, you can smell the clean as soon as you walk in. The only 2 negative things I can say is the mattresses were not comfortable, very thin & the suites are set up stupidly

This place is always great to stay at when I'm traveling the next day from Cleveland Hopkins. Nearly renovated rooms a great breakfast in the morning. Love the park stay and fly option with the shuttle. Place is very clean and room rates are always affordable even on a weekend night

i was nvr informed about $150 deposit before i got there , also there no waters in the room for the price you pay. junky outside,it had beds chairs dressers all in the parking lot. also i had to call and dispute my deposit bck , we dont smoke or anything. Bw says they gave it back but my bank is showing different.
