Very poor service and was given a room without supplies and no way to get basic supplies. Curtains were cut up, looks deliberately done so and not replaced, someone used tape to put pieces of the curtain back together. If this is an example of Sonesta’s properties, WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER ONE, LET ALONE RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! It has such a bad overall feel to it, it feels unsafe.

Rooms and grounds are very nice, Condition of rooms is obviously very old, but that wasn’t too unexpected for the price. Beds very comfortable. The down side was that it felt like living in an old ashtray, real bad cigarette smoke smell in the room.

Lied and said the expedia booking was. Ancelled but it wasnt and rhen charged 6 times more than the original booking. Would not allow me to speak with a manager nor share the managers contact information. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The sheets were not clean. We slept on top of the comforter because it was late. There were no glasses or mugs, but a coffee maker... guess you are supposed to brew it into your hands. The room was obviously cleaned at some point, it just wasn't recently.

Older property but you get the bang for your buck. Does not supply stuff for kitchen area so bring your own stuff. Rooms are in decent shape for the age but great value on a roomy suite
