During the week it was quiet. Was there for 2 Saturday nights and was extremely noisy. Police attended and a domestic argument. Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Used to be a great place to stay. They were very understaffed. The room was clean but had no towels and no extra paper products with very little left in the room. I had to go to the front office to get towels the first night. After letting them know the room wasn’t restocked they said they would do this while we were gone for the day. They did not. I had to go back to the front office at night for paper products because they had no one who could bring anything to the rooms. The stay would have been fine if the cleaning staff would have done their job. Front desk staff were friendly, nothing they could do since they were understaffed.

Better off on the street
Rude, unhelpful staff. Looks and feels like a rundown tenement. Our rickety bed frame fell apart the first night. They "fixed" it the next day by turning the broken side around from the head to the foot of the bed, but they stripped the sheets and took the pillows away. Had to wait 1.5 hours when we got back at 9 pm for them to finish drying sheets. They handed us wet sheets, wet comforter and bloodstained pillow. Kitchen would have been nice if there were any dishes, untensils, or pans. Toilet seat also fell in to bowl if you tried to use it.

Parts of the room were fine. The real problem was the bathroom. The door wouldn’t close all the way. You literally had to hold it closed with your knee in order to do your business. There were paint spatters all over the bathroom floor (and some in the kitchen), which looked very messy and sloppy. And the paint was severely chipping in the bathroom area, which lets you know it most definitely wasn’t recently painted. So how long have the paint splatters been there? Finally there were no hand towels. We had to use one of the two regular towels (and there were 3 of us).

Loved the layout of the room. The only thing it could be a little more cleaner and the smell was awful. It smelled like wet dog. We had to go buy candles, air fresheners, and carpet freshener. The smell was still there after we did all of that. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel so you may want to consider getting rid of the carpet to help with the smell. A lot of dead spots in the floor and furniture needs to be updated. My son did love that he had the upstairs to hisself.

Spacious but missing everything.
This hotel is going downhill from when we stayed last summer. We were a group of 5. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable, but the hotel only provided bedding and towels for 4. There were no cooking implements in the kitchenette. There was only one mug and one glass - for 5 people to share and wash any time anyone wanted water or coffee. Some previous guest had ripped the cable out of the TV, breaking it. The back cushions on the couch were missing, making it uncomfortable to sit on. We could not contact the front office on the provided phone because there was no cable connecting it to a phone jack. The pool was closed. Breakfast, which used to be provided, is no longer offered. I don't think we will stay here again. There are better hotels and suites in the area.

Expected an average room and got a little suite with a room, a loft, 2 baths, full kitchen and a gas fireplace. The place shows its age and could use some TLC, but nothing too out of the ordinary: a loose hinge here, a janky doorknob there. Staff was friendly, even cheery, and helpful. Solid place for a budget stay.

Overall the rooms were as clean as they could be. 1st room we were given had a water leak from overhead, hole in ceiling with water coming down the wall. Toilet would not flush. Called the desk, staff immediately responded and got us another room. Carpets in the new spot were horribly stained. Just to be clear this is not a reflection on the staff of the facility this is an owner issue. Property is not being kept up.

Staff was great, rooms need some work.
The staff was very sweet. The hotel was not as nice as pictured, there were cigarette burns, a butt, and smells. The toilet over flowed the first use, staff was quick to give me a plunger, then we had an employee have to come the following morning. We sprayed a ton of deodorizer which helped. They have a full kitchen but don't supply any cooking or eating utensils, which was a first, usually if they have a kitchen, they supply some basics. A little elbow grease would have gone a long way. The price was decent, so I guess you get what you pay for.

There are absolutely no services offered. We had one stained towel for two adults to share. No breakfast available. No housekeeping. Had to take out our own trash. Curtains in the room were torn. Cobwebs left in most corners. Coffee given was only decaf. Even some parking spaces reserved for members who paid extra. I don't know who would even do that. What's to pay for? At least the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were tiny.

Toilet did not work properly. Would not flush without your having to monitor when the reservoir filled after jiggling the handle. If you didn’t stand by, the water leaked out somewhere and toilet would not flush. Coffee maker had no apparatus to hold the filter for the coffee. Stove inoperative, which I found out after buying food. No microwave. No plates or silverware.
