You’d think a hotel like Holiday Inn would have soundproofing down, but I could hear my neighbors snoring, gargling, farting and talking on the phone. They were not loud, you could just hear everything in this ‘newly renovated” hotel. Staff were great though and room was clean.
When they finish their renovations, it will be much better. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Someone was doing some sort of work until at least 10 p.m. with loud clanging outside, which was annoying. Staff was friendly, professional. Given that the hotel is just outside the airport, it’s value to me was just that: ease of getting to the rental car lot and airport.

We had a 6:00 AM flight and so we chose to stay here because they advertised an airport shuttle for the 1.4 mile ride to the airport. However upon checking in late that night, I was told the shuttle only began operation at 5:00 AM which would have caused us to miss our flight. I had pre-paid for the night so could not get a refund, which meant a $51 Uber ride was required. This should not be.

The front desk clerk was fabulous! She was very friendly & gave great suggestions on places to eat in the area! They place was clean & well kept. Breakfast was more than we expected too! Hot eggs, pancakes, bagels etc…
Enjoyed the shower head and the friendly staff.
Was not able to get clean towels for 2nd night and unable to have room cleaned for second night. Asked both housekeeper and front desk to clean room and provide new towels. Neither did. Bed was very hard.

The hostess reccommenced Rivalls for dinner and it was fabulous. I love when they know alot about the city you stay in
Easy, fast check in. Did not like the $200 incidental deposit - took the money out of the account and probably will take days for it to be reversed.

It’s a well kept property and the staff was welcoming and friendly! Very easy to get to the airport which is a plus!

We apologize for the inconvenience and the expense but our shuttle never started before 5am. We are able to do anything for the cost you incurred. In the future try do price comparison with other ride share companies before booking the ride. If you had booked it with Lyft the cost would have been 20
