Property needs a lot of renovations

Prices are good. So is the staff. Can use a upgrade on their beds.

Have to ask for towels wash clothes clean sheets toilet paper every time you need it instead of them seeing you’ve been there for several days and they asking the customer. I don’t need housing keeping when I stay pass to day just give me the small things at least ask if I need it.

Chance checked us in. He was so welcoming, helpful and friendly! We felt like we made a new friend right away. Although most of the building looked like the pictures, there was a strong scent of cigarette smoke and though my room was cleaned some of the trash wasn’t taken out. We slept really well, the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Was very disappointed the shower backed up on our first night there. The room had dirty sheets on one of the beds cigarette butts in one of the dresser drawers a dirty cleaning rag was left in the room. The ice machine was out of order the whole 4 day stay rooms never got cleaned the whole 4 day stay and i had to walk down to the front desk every day to get towels wash rags and toilet paper. Was told at the front desk this was due to Covid. Also didn't have any access to use the safe that was provided with the room so had to take all your valuables with you when you left the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Check-in took about 45 minutes because the computer was not working properly. The girl at the counter was very apologetic but commented that the system is really old. If so, why hasn't Red Roof updated the computers? Upon entering my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned so back to the lobby I went - thankfully I was immediately assigned a different room. The cleanliness of the new room was just ok - dirty carpets, older bed linens & small thin towels. I have found Red Roof Inns to be hit or miss - this property was definitely a miss. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at this property many times throughout the years, last time prior being in 2019. The first thing that hit me like a slap in the face was the cigarette smoke cell upon entering the stairwell to take luggage up to my room. Inside the room. There was one hotel-sized bar of soap in the bathroom, and the was it. No washcloths. When I grabbed for a towel, the rack fell apart. The hairdryer was half pulled out of the wall. The in-room safe was either broken or the batteries had been removed. Whatever you do, don't let them give you room 342. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have choose another hotel. On one morning at 9 AM near the end of my stay. A Carpet Cleaning employee tried to barge into my room. Luckily, I had the door double locked. He told me I shouldn't be in there, that I was checked out, that he needed to come in there to clean the carpet. I told him I was paid up for the next two days. He continued to act a jerk. I told him I'd go down to the lobby to the desk to see what was going on. He then walked off, telling me to let him know without giving me his name and couldn't be bothered to shut the door. I went down to the lobby and asked to speak to the manager. There was another tenant at the counter for dealing with the issue as was I. The manager was not only unapologetic, she told me they need to clean the carpet. There is much more I could add to this story, but I'm not given enough space to complete. The place has gone ghetto. I won't be back.

Great stay

No transportation shuttle from the airport No coffee in room Other than that, staff was polite and courteous and my room was very clean and nice for the price.

The location was pretty good, but they had a power outage when I checked in. Not managements fault. In-room coffee would have been nice. I liked the room access from a nice, clean and safe hallway, as opposed to an outside, weather exposed entrance. Would stay again, but might bump up a level to get the fridge and microwave. All-in-all, I did like the place. Slept very well. I would recommend.

Upon first time entering the room, the toilet had poop in it, so, room was not cleaned, bath towels were not replaced second day, went to front desk only to have attendant not know what a bath towel was& act like I was bothering her. Phone in the room did not work.

Almost to the airport the power was shut down for about an hour and a half gaps in doors

Thank you for your feedback . We apologize for the inconvenience of having to get supplies at the front desk . I know this can be frustrating. We only service our guests every 5 days to protect everyone from the spread of Covid . We hope to get back to regular service in the near future. Have a wonderful day .

As we are strict with the no smoking policy we have some guests that don’t follow the policy . We do not tolerate or allow these types of guests stay . If so, why hasn't Red Roof updated the computers?
