The whole reason I booked this hotel specifically was for the hot tub. I could’ve stayed at any other hotel with a pool but I wanted the hot tub for my husbands bad back. I even called the day before our check in to make sure it was working, which they said it was, and only once we had passed the deadline for canceling and started checking in did they inform us it was not going to be in working order our entire stay. I could’ve paid a third of the price had I been told the truth the day before. Very upsetting. Also they only do house keeping every other day and so we had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. And the pool is very small too. Honestly not worth the money I paid.
