Stay charged and prepared! We provide an EV charger for your convenience. Just a heads up, it`s a universal charger, so Tesla owners will need to bring their own adapter. We`re here to ensure your stay is both comfortable and eco-friendly!

The recently remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and new cabinets for a luxurious cooking experience. Create unforgettable memories in your private poolside and hot tub paradise!

This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Parma.

There is an attached 2-car garage that our guests are more than welcome to use! There`s also a concrete driveway that can fit an additional 3 cars, plus free on-street parking.

OFFICIAL POOL CLOSE DATES: POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM OCTOBER 13TH TO MAY 14TH (may date depends on weather)

Weekly Pool Maintenance: A pool cleaner will be at the property every Wednesday morning to ensure the pool and equipment are in top condition for your enjoyment.

If you notice any discoloration or green in the pool, please message us immediately.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking:
- Sign the rental agreement
- Make sure your payment is all set
- Take a quick selfie while holding your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

These steps help keep things safe and secure for both you and the property.

We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Simply seek prior approval.

*Please note that the second bathroom is located in the unfinished portion of the basement*

Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused.

I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

Please be aware and respect our house rules.

Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

A max of 2 dogs are allowed.
Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. NO CATS ALLOWED.
