Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice and clean. Pool was warm. Cookies at check in. Nice room. Loved the kitchenette. Furnishings were dated but clean and in good condition.

This was a great place to stay! I like the room and the breakfast. The bed was comfortable which was a plus. The only bad thing was the wifi was open and not secure, also had a weak connection on the 3rd floor.

Hotel is in convenient location. Rooms a functional and clean. Not always someone at front desk and would have to wait for someone to show up. Exercise room is ridiculously small. Breakfast was warm, but not very tasty and same every morning.

Great experience, loved how roomy the room was and the breakfast bar was great also

Family of Six stayed for 4 nights. We attended a fest at Kings Island which was about 15 minutes away. Kids had a great time. Loved having a washer dryer in suite. Continental breakfast was great!

This was nylon first time staying at the Hawthorn and it's always a pleasure. Rooms are clean, staff is polite, breakfast is good. Has wireless and wired internet so I can hook up my dvd player that has netflix. Always a pleasure being here.

The hotel was very nice, quaint, and comfortable. I liked that it was at a dead end away from the main road, but that it was still close to everything. The staff was great, and the breakfast choices/variety were awesome.

Nice facility and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the room accommodations (i.e., full refrigerator, microwave, two burner cook top, etc.)

I was unaware at check-in that a $100 security deposit was required in the event of damages due to a party, etc. Please note that my stay was not on a weekend, but on a Tuesday for 1 night. I was asked to write down the name of the person staying with me, which took me back to checking in with the RA in my college dorm. Now I need to keep in touch with the hotel so to ensure that my account is credited the $100 days after my stay. I am a responsible adult who has visited many hotels and this was my first time being asked to submit a deposit. I believe that is why most hotels keep a credit card is kept on file. I believe hotel management needs to review their check-in policies/procedures and take in consideration guests who are not there on an extended stay, over the weekend or pay with credit card vs cash. This was a frustrating and time consuming experience, which I feel could have been avoided.

Very new hotel, great rooms, budget price. Very good value. All the necessary amenities (WiFi, breakfast) plus a few extra (kitchenette, fridge, stove, microwave) and three sets of bath towels. They even have a pool but I didn't get a chance to use it. Only negative for me was that the fan in the heating system ran continuously 24 hours a day. Room temp was nice but a bit noisy while sleeping. So I just turned it off..... Convenient location near I-75 and I-275. Also near the mall, Costco and most importantly Skyline Chili!!!

With my O-bitz rewards I paid $69/night with a good hot breakfast in the morning & a pool & an exercise room where I couldn't get the elliptical to work. Other than that & the fact that the TV remote was programmed to receive a BUNCH of blank channels my 3 day stay was an exceptional value. Previously I stayed at a cheaper motel ($45/night O-bitz) but the carpet in the hall & room was terribly stained & the chair in the room felt filthy & it was smaller with no breakfast. Not the kind of place you want to bring a girlfriend to. This place was great.

Nice hotel, well kept, good location and a very good value.

Overall, GOOD! CClose to several good restaurants.

Great room, great value - Just right for business.

Great food, clean rooms and pool. Needed extra pillows they were brougt up to us,

Breakfest was great. The staff was very friendly. the hote Www Www wEel was quiet at night.

Fridge was unclean, counter was dirty but rest of room was very clean and tidy. Heater/ac unit gave off odd smell when running. Continental breakfast a joke, no where to sit and eat it and was empty in middle of breakfast period.
