No security, no cameras, the sheets had cigarette burns, the water was cold, the Internet didn't work and neither the laundry, just for starters, the wife of the property owner goes through the trash, there's no telling what she's looking for, she was reading papers that I did see, very uncomfortable experience.

The check in wasn’t anything special. We uncovered the sheets in our room and there were cigarette burn holes in one of them. We found a Bic lighter under the bed and the door seal didn’t close all the way. Wouldn’t reccomend. Go somewhere else and spend a little bit more for a comfortable stay!

This was a convenient place to stay for us. Walking distance to Sierra Nevada Brewery which was our destination. It was fine. The floor, walls, ceiling are not straight.Like the whole place is maybe sinking or moving in some way. The staff was super nice. We slept well. It was quiet. Plenty of ice. If you want to spend time at the brewery and not drive and are not particular its okay. If they drop the rate a bit I'm sure they could get more traffic.

Room was notably large, but the area that was clearly intended to be a lounge/living space was not usable as such. TV was about as far from the beds as was possible. Hot water wasn't hooked up to the sink, bathroom was filthy and the overall cleanliness and conditions of the room were poor. Staff was helpful and responsive in the little I interacted with them, but I wouldn't go back unless I had no other option.

So, so bad

Beyond awful. Beds were painful to sleep in. Deads gnats in the fridge. Dead something or other in the corners of the bathroom. Ants on the ground. Burnt holes and crunchy bits in the blankets. Front office said it was open but no one came to the desk after several minutes. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, I paid for a different hotel the second night and just took the hit financially because it was that bad. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

We asked for washcloths and received 2 dirty towels. There were cigarette burns in both bedspreads and the sheets had not been cleaned/changed before our arrival. A staff member needed to come clean the wall where I found a liquid/gelatinous stain on the wall by the kitchen sink when I checked in.

Don’t stay here, I promise you you’ll regret it

The room smelled of smoke and mold! There were stains all over the bedspread and even on the some on the sheets!!! The entire place looked like it had been repaired over and over so some of the repair work was already peeling! The towels were light brown! I mean our close smelled bad after we got home! VERY DISGUSTING

Horrible experience. I prepaid a couple of days before my stay. The room smelled bad as I opened the door. I started to walk around and look at everything. Parts of the flooring weren’t secure. The towel hanger and toilet paper hanger were ripped out of the wall. The white towels were stained gray. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom door. Pillowcases had stains. And there were drawings on the walls. I went to the front office and was told that nothing could be done by them since I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and they said they would contact the Inn. The representative came back and told me the Inn denied my refund. I spoke to the front desk again and was told they would not refund me. I gave him back the room key and told him I would not be staying in a filthy and unsanitary room.
