Old fashion building but very well kept I enjoyed the decor.

I loved the antique furniture in our room. The unique decor was quite restful and a welcome change from the "cookie cutter" decor or hotels/motels. However I was dismayed with the one-ply toilet paper.

Small hotel in a small town. Great location and the nicest hotel in town. Staff was great too

Cool old school hotel. Close to bars and restaurants. Small hotel.

Everyone was nice and friendly, room was clean but a bit small with a view of the parking garage

very convenient downtown location, easy access to parking, great restaurant in the hotel and friendly staff. How could one do better than that?

Nice location and easy parking ( free in structure next to Hitel

Very accommodating staff. Lovely brunch on a voucher offer. Perfect location in the center of town and still remarkably quiet inside the room!

Convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting Chico and CSU. Located right in downtown area, easy to walk everywhere, plenty to see and do in this area. Price was fair. the Premium room was spacious and comfortable. The basic level room was smaller, bathroom was not as nice but still functional and fine. Staff was mixed, some were very friendly and kind, others were less patient and not so pleasant. Restaurant attached is nice, large breakfast dishes, slow but fine service. I would recommend this hotel if staying in the area for a day or two.

Very welcoming and attractive. The staff is accomodating and attentive.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The dining hall was very convenient and the food selection was great. Service was a bit slow.

The Hotel Diamond in downtown Chico ,California is an excellent old school hotel experience. There's a bar and restaurant on site. Free parking is located next door and the staff is friendly and professional. Chico State University is within walking distance.

Local Chico Residents, we got away from the house and kids for a Date Night. Hotel was Exactly as Described. Prices might lead one to believe the Accommodations would be better....but being simple Chico folk....we loved it...Stay on a less busy Thursday night and have the EPIC Thursday night farmers market right outside the Hotel....Best way to get to Know Chico.

Clean, helpful staff, great restaurant and bar. I will recommend and visit this hotel again.
