Economy Inn

After check-in, the room that was given to us had a strong odor of cat urine. After asking for another room, the second room smelled of stale cigarettes and the burns were quite evident throughout the room. Mind you this was their non smoking option Walls are thin, and the families that were living on either side of me were up all night , obviously not needing any sleep

University Inn

DONT EVER STAY HERE. Staff is extremely RUDE, Manager does what he wants so he can make more money and cancelled my confirmed appt with no call or anything and way before final check in time. Only excuse I got for them cancelling my room was my card did not go through but my reservation said i would pay cash upon arrival and I used the same card with no problem at another hotel right after leaving here. They had no desire to correct their mistake and was extremely rude to me and the Orbitz staff when Orbitz called to tell them my reservation was not cancelled and they needed to get me a room. I had a ok experience here in the past and after this trip will NEVER stay here again. Rooms are gross, staff is rude, no hot water only warm, parking lot was dirty etc. Go down the street to the nicer, cleaner hotels, with amazing staff for the same price. Even the local hotels don't recommend this place. Orbitz did a great job to find me another room fast.
