This place is lovely! We enjoyed a very cozy new years retreat with time spent relaxing in the hot tub, making food in the kitchen (which had all the basics), taking hikes in Upper Bidwell park, and lounging on the couch. This place is very homey and comfortable and we’d love to come back.

Overall the house was clean and in a great location adjacent to Butte Creek (good access). Disappointments: not enough towels for a family of 6 (there’s a hot tub, a nice plus), creek access and other general towel use. Washing detergent was supplied. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 garbage bag supplied for the 5 night stay. There was a fumble by the management for check-in, which had us (4 kids with 2 parents) waiting about 2 hours to get into the house. There had been great communication with mgmt leading up to this issue. Overall a fine time in this house, hot tub and creek albeit a bit tarnished by the above mentioned issues. We would stay there again.

Relaxing location

Very nice and private. Mostly quiet (neighbor did some tractor work during part of our stay) and the creek sounds were relaxing and calming. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Simply Beautiful

The property location, on the creek was absolutely lovely. We were there in May, everything was green and lush. The creek was full and rushing. When the sun shown on the canyon wall it was beautiful.The home was well appointed and comfortable. It wes a little more warn than the photos suggest but still very nice. I would definitely stay again.
