Fine staff, but no hot water made the stay untenable. I’ll let you know if I get a full refund. Surprisingly Orbitz says that they could send a email. Frankly I wonder why I booked through Orbitz if that is the case. I expected much better service from Orbitz and the Red Roof people.
Comfortable with a friendly staff that works hard to serve the guests. Not a luxury property by any means, but conveniently located to the northern suburbs.
Older facility, very clean, friendly staff. Somewhat noisy adjacent to interstate; however, great location for Chicago North Shore. Good value.
Cockroaches, tub was flooded and poop was smeared in toilet upon checking in.
The staff was really nice. This place is in a quiet area so it was nice to sleep without interruptions. The only thing was that one of the beds was broken, but I didn't move rooms because I came in at 2:00 AM from a 10-hour drive so I was tired! I did mention it to the manager and he apologized for the inconvenience. I will definitely consider this place again because even though the bed was a bit of an issue, the hotel was really clean.
It was pretty simple room for what was needed at the time. I didn't have any issues
I come here every Friday night because of my job. The overnight auditor is always friendly and calls me by my name and has everything set up. Very friendly

Property location was next to a Expressway cars were passing by and it was very annoying at night. cars noise
There were 2 working electrical outlets on my room, there was not an iron available according to the desk person, my keys didn’t work 3 of the 6 days I tried to open the door after work, the water was never hot for a shower, only lukewarm. It was a very bad experience. A man who worked there was smoking on the edge of the sidewalk 4 of the 6 days I was there and I had to walk through his smoke. The good thing was I always felt safe.

Easy to reach. Very clean. Near attractions. The managers Kara and Destiny were outstanding - friendly and clear on the phone and in person. They were very welcoming, professional and conscientious to everyone. They both communicated really well and courteously with their staff. They are excellent assets for Red Roof Inn.
I get the place is old, but I dont think the owners really care at all! The garbage around the facility was never emptied in the 3 days I was there. The rooms looked as if they just change the bedding between guests- or at least I hope they did! They are not strict about the no smoking policy and my room reaked of cigarettes and was then covered up with heavily perfumed air freshener. The walls around the sink and toilet were dirty and had cobwebs climbing the walls. My first stop in the morning was to grab disinfecting wipes and wipe down the room. If I had the money to afford another hotel after pre paying for this one, I would have left.
I would never ever recommend anyone to stay at this place. I’v booked over a week before my arrival. And somehow they managed to cancel my reservation without notifying me. I know is not Orbitz fault. All the rooms are dirty. They don’t have deluxe room. It’s a lie. The manager is very rude.

I am sorry to hear that from you, we had technical issue with the 1 of the boiler but it got fixed after a little while.
