Person who checked us in was not helpful. He did not meet my request to have a room in the middle of the hall away from elevator. He did not informed us about breakfast process nor did he provide breakfast coupons for our paid in advance breakfast. Did not even indicate which way was the elevator located...I guess assuming we already knew everything. He was not welcoming or serviceable.
The room was on the side of the interstate. The road traffic noise was constant.
Everything was done well. The only thing I missed was a make-up remover towelette.
Dated and very loud on the highway side. It was under construction in the lobby area and the bar wasn’t open late. No opportunity to purchase snacks or breakfast items to go.

A nice place with a gym and pool. Our bathroom had a wheelchair accessible shower that did not drain right so our whole bathroom floor kept getting wet, hope they fix that!
