The room had a dirty glass that someone had left in the room. The air conditioning didn't work. Freezer was frozen over. There was no coffee pot. When I told the manager about my experience, they stated that they would give me a full refund and call Orbitz to let them know. Time will tell if I receive my refund for this crappy hotel!

It was great for what I needed. Wedding 7 miles away. Nice moms day brunch, I didn't realize breakfast wasn't included. Staff very helpful and pleasant

Hotel is generally really good. Definite LACK of signage when approaching by car from the East, and when you get there, need a little guesswork to find the 'front' door and the check-in desk. Only complaint was that the tub in our bathroom is in need of some serious re-glazing.

We had a great stay. It was short but the service was great and the hotel was clean. We unfortunately left one of our favorite pillows when we left at 7am. We called before checkout time to see if they had found it when they cleaned, they said that housekeeping had no record of an extra pillow in our room. Don't forget your belongings - they will not be returned.

The room needed work bathtub looked like it was refinished and paint was chipping away. Wallpaper was coming loose from the wall. Bathroom vent needed to be cleaned very visible when in the shower. TV kept losing signal. Noisy since the room was level with the rooftop. No amenities whatsoever and did not even refill the coffee when room was cleaned. Will not stay again even for the price we paid per night which was acceptable through a third party. The front desk personnel were pleasant and informative the only plus.

My only negative comment is that I came down to make sure I would not miss a funeral Saturday morning in Chicago, due to the weather. When I went to look at local weather the cable was out in my room. Wish that wasn't the case as my departure time was predicated on the weather.

Big, nice room that seemed positively luxurious. As with most nice hotels, the food and drink were pricey, but the service and food were good. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. I will be back again.

Stayed here twice now. Everything about this Hyatt is first rate. I've never been in a cleaner hotel. It doesn't get nay better than this. Highly recommended.

Arrived thanksgiving day. Good location right of the 294 highway, easy parking, nice reception area. Rooms were clean and quiet. We were missing towels and they were brought up quickly. Pool was large, but the heater was broken ( cold water), nice size hot tub. nice workout area. Room was a bit dry due to the heating. Not sure what material the sheets are made from, but they were very staticky and gave a bit of a static shock.

We stayed at the Hyatt and attended a wedding in the ballroom the second evening. I must say, the reception was perfect! The food, service, ambiance, staff were all outstanding! Our room was a nonsmoking king. It was nice, and quiet,but could have used a little updating.The bed was very comfortable, but the tub needed refinishing--very worn. Staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Entrance to the hotel parking lot at rush hour was a challenge from our direction.

Time for upgrades! Hotel needs improvements...bed and sofa uncomfortable, drain in tub broken/ took forever for water to drain, and Aquafina water bottles in room had fainted lables....can only assume they were tremondously old. No decent restaraunt close by, I'm sure that is why hotel has a restaraunt - but of course pricing is ridiculous. Front desk staff, Allison, not welcoming/ no kind of personality. She acted very much as she, herself didn't want to be there. After staying the night - can see why!

The staff was very prompt and accommodating to all the needs of my handicapped family members. Although we were one of only two sets of diners on Christmas Eve, the staff was fully prepared and delivered fine service.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, nice workout room.

Great special price over Thanksgiving. I will definitely check the Hyatt out next time I am in the area again.

we were staying overnight for a concert in chicago and room was very nice/clean and breakfast very good.

The hotel was convenient to my conference location, staff were friendly and helpful. The car rental office in the lobby was a good thing; the hotel is in a nice neighborhood but not really in walking distance for anything. Had a great run outdoors, though!
