Clean relaxing place love the sheets on my bed but the water on the shower was a bit cold for my taste

It was great place to stay in. The rooms spacious and clean.

The hotel rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. The restaurant in the hotel was also very delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very pleasant. I would certainly come back to this hotel. The rooms were truly impeccable. The staff at check in/check out seemed to lack training or not having patience. During check in there were three employees huddled with one of them being told "you're not suppose to...." while people were in line trying to check in and listening to their conversation. Also, while you could not hear noises room to room, you heard everything coming from the hallways. Early Saturday we were awaken by opening and closing of doors, people being loud in the hallways, and music.

We had two rooms, one with two beds and the other with a king size bed. The room with the two beds had a huge stain next to the one if the beds like if someone had threw up there. The smell was gross.

I liked the location and staff. I did not like that I got stuck in elevator w/no way to communicate. just a bell to ring. that was a terrifying experience. The pull out bed was dripping rusty water underneath causing rust spots on rug which could not be seen until you fold bed. Could not hear on room phone. Ice/microwave was suppose to be available on even # floors. I was on 3rd fl. went to 2nd no ice/microwave. Check-in time 3pm. arrived about 10am rooms were not ready but was told they would be ready in a couple of hours. Returned around 1pm room not ready, was told an hour. Returned at 2:30pm still not ready. Hyatt Regency has beautiful properties and will try to stay at their properties when traveling when possible. Hyatt always 1st choice. 1st bad experience was very disappointed.

The coziness of the room. I loved the convinence of everything.

The room was very small. The bathroom door was see through. The complimentary breakfast is only for 1 person per room! The staff was very rude. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Very spacious and beautiful lobby but confusing for first time visitors as check in is not easy to locate. Front desk staff looked sullen.
