It was great, everyone was very nice and friendly.

Nice and clean hotel. Great location. No extra charge for late check out.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great, and beds were very comfortable. Good location - close to the freeway and some good restaurants.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bar/hotel off lobby was loud. Pool needed a good cleaning...may need a good brushing.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Central to Chicago and the Navy Training Base.

We booked this hotel through Orbitz and it was our first time staying there. It's a very nice facility but we felt rather deceived with the online offer that we purchased. The hotel advertised the room, free parking, free internet and free breakfast. When we arrived we were surprised that breakfast was not free and they also tried to charge us $14 for a few hours of internet access! Parking was free anyway for hotel guest or anyone else any no one even wanted the license plate for our car. We ended spending $$$ for breakfast. We don't know whether it was Orbitz or the hotel management At fault, but either way, you should beware of the offer before booking at this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff at this hotel were exceptional! Rooms very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. I would definitely go back again!

Had a very pleasant stay. They do have free shuttle to pick up/drop off from Botanical garden. Wifi reception was dropping out signal. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Nice decor. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Love the hotel.. Felt the manager was slow to respond when I complained about the dirt at the side of my bed. This is a definite turn off however the entire staff were amazzzzing!

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean, comfortable, but in need of some updating. Bar, lounge, and reception area looked beautiful and fun. FREE parking ... Near Downtown! The room with parking and breakfast was a most the same as just parking downtown!

Have not experienced such a friendly, helpful hotel staff in years! Hotel was busy but no wait time at all. Lounge area friendly and accomodating. Bed super comfortable. would recommend this hotel to everyone!

great place for the money. There is a adjacent restaurant with great food and the weight room and pool areas are well above average. A little bit of a drive in to the city but overall worth it. thanks.

I had a good experience. The staff was nice & helpful.

We have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. The rooms are clean, the staff at the front desk are overly friendly and will do anything they can do to help.

I booked this hotel for my friend, and he stayed there. He thought he hotel room was nice.

met our expectations and was a very safe place coming and going. staff was welcoming and helpful.

saw many fireworks displays from our room....perfect place to stay...with parking free and just 20-30 mins from downtown...

Stayed here while visiting for a couple of Cubs games and a show at the Mercury Theater. Also visited the downtown area. Roughly 20 minute drive to all areas. Beautiful hotel. They were hosting a wedding reception the weekend we were there. Great pool, hot tub. Very comfy bed! No complimentary breakfast.

Booked this hotel for a short valentines day weekend. Hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Our room was nice, dinner at the hotel was pretty good and there was a nice special going on for valentines day. I would def stay here again.
