The bed was fabulously comfortable. The room itself was very dark. The decor was weird and not very comfortable. The ventilation system was noisy and because the windows didn't close properly we could hear road noise all the time.

Well-designed room. It was tacky they provided wifi only to members of their customer club! (And that club database will probably get hacked sometime -- it isn't without risk.)

Hotel was beautiful and maintained clean and organized. I appreciated that we had to make reservations for swimming for covid, everything was amazing. Definitely want to book with them again!

I found it annoying that the pool was open, but was reservation only and was completely booked up. I checked in at 4:05pm, when checkin time was at 4 at the earliest, so how could the pool be completely booked already? Makes no sense.. the young ladies at that front desk were unapologetic and did nothing to placate me. I could have paid the same amount for a better hotel if I would have known there would be no access given to the pool.

Well maintained, efficient even with skeletal staff and reduced amenities due to COVID. Clean rooms, linens and bathroom. Helpful staff.

The environment is not pleasant, the landscaping and lobby is horrible. Room is ok newly renovated I guess

A generically good suburban hotel that was a good value for the money. We had one minor housekeeping glitch, but overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.
