This was a great property. The location was kind of far but still a overall great stay.
I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but what was frustrating was that I was traveling for work and the internet in the room wasn't working, nor was the television. On top of that, the linens under the bed comforter were not cleaned. The bed was made, but on pulling the covers back there were food crumbs, stains and the sheets smelled like a dirty person was there. Clearly the bed was remade but not cleaned. In the hallway to the room, there were lightbulbs out and the bathroom toilet had "marks" in it and the shower stall had hairs and remnants of prior use.

A microwave in the room would be nice. Also More coffee packets. The tv is on a slant and is a little skewed when watching from the bed. A very comfortable room. Nice bathroom.
Such a nice hotel! They have aveda products which I love. The place was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.
Everything was lovely, except for the guests adjacent to my room. They were loud and banged furniture [I think] around so badly that the bed in my room moved and the wall vibrated. It abated when I called the desk. I would not have thought such behavior was usual. It sounded like a party of more than 2 people.

Pool was closed, charged for wifi and drinks although I paid for them to be included.
The bed was fabulously comfortable. The room itself was very dark. The decor was weird and not very comfortable. The ventilation system was noisy and because the windows didn't close properly we could hear road noise all the time.
