I did a search for hotels at O'Hare Airport, and Holiday Inn Express came up. I booked a room. 5 minutes later, when I was searching transportation options, I realized that this hotel is a $50-$70 cab ride from the airport, or an hour subway ride. I called immediately to get a refund, the hotel denied my request. This is false advertising. I am an IHG member, and I am cancelling my membership. Any organization that engages in deceptive marketing practices does not deserve my business.
