Check in was smooth. The room was ready when we arrived. The room decor is beautiful. Staff have been helpful. I lost my room key at a restaurant and the next day my son locked us out of the room, but the staff didn't seem annoyed amd replaced the keys

Such a beautiful room. The smallest details are not overlooked. They offer you robes to wear, have shower caps, and makeup remover wipes. The furnishings look like they are out of the 1940s. Plenty of places to eat. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The train car was so cool. It was beautifully designed and decorated. The bathroom was very spacious. The heated floors were unexpected but a lovely touch, especially at night and early in the morning. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is in a fun, safe neighborhood. It is de orated thoughtfully and tastefully with real wood furnishings and a mix of old and modern artwork. The bed was comfortable.
