The facilities and staff are very nice, but some will want to know that there is no elevator, which for us made for long 1st and 2nd floor walks with a lot of bags. The room was well-laid out and clean. My wife loved the mattress quality. The free breakfast is bag or continental items; you can get hot sandwiches for extra.

Loved it!!
We were pleasantly surprised to find the staff so friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. We especially liked having a couch in the room. This was our first experience at Sonesta and we loved it! We will definitely look to stay at a Sonesta in our next travels.

When We checked in, we were given two Handicap Rooms. I can’t recall ever requesting Handicap Rooms. When I told the person at the reception she said that the rooms are bigger and there’s not much difference with the other rooms. Also, I was told that an additional $200.00 was withheld from my Credit Card and I will be refunded within 3-7 days. One of my relatives who stayed in Room 125 told me about a little bug crawling on her bed. The area is nice because it’s close to the shopping center.

I loved the room decor. The couch area was very comfortable. The bed could have been softer; it was a little on the hard side. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

How is this 8 stars?
The location was great and the hotel was clean and safe. However, the tub was stained and dirty, the pillows were tiny and we didn’t get daily maid service on any of the days we were there; nor were we told it would not be provided. Good thing we hung up our towels each day.

We booked there because they had an outdoor pool and outdoor fire pit. The pool was uncovered, but dirty and locked and the fire pit was broken.

THE WORST
The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude customer service. The sheets and comforters were nasty. Halls smell like cig smoke. The broken fire alarm went off at 4:30 waking us up and 1) they didn’t send the fire department up to the room to check 2) charged me $250 smoking fee with no evidence of anything??? Oh and thank God we had our door locked this morning because bright and early the housekeeping came and starting opening the door, sounding like they were trying to break in. We will never be back.
