Helpful staff, convenient location.
We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Select ! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was that they never gave us clean towels or clean the room when we were there .
The property and staff were fine. We did not like the fact that there was no continental breakfast.
Sonesta is at a great easy to get to location. What I wish I knew ahead of time: a) breakfast is not free. You have to pay for it at a cafe in their lobby. Neither is brewed coffee. And one of the days I stayed there, the barista person was sick and NO breakfast was offered at all. I complained to the front desk they should offer something and she said 'we only have bagels and stuff anyway' b) The walls are thin. You can hear everything. c) Showers tend to be warm- not hot. Good price, but know what you are getting.
no elevator and no first floor rooms available. had requested accessible. for some reason only rooms on 2nd floor available. climbing steps was quite a problem.

Friendly staff, great location near mall and tons of eateries. About 10-15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.
We really enjoyed the stickers placed on the doors letting us know the room was clean and the seal wasnt broke until we entered. We also really enjoyed the essential oil body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The bathroom could of been updated such as the seals around the faucets on the tub and inbetween tiles and such. Other than that all was well and comfortable. We were confident in the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
We did not have hot water. It was very noisy and not clean.
Check took about 35 minutes. 2 associates to get us a room. According to 1 of the associates the room that I selected with 2 queen beds had the carpet cleaned and it was still wet. They decided to give us 2 full size beds and a rolling bed. I asked if the price will be lower she said no. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a full size bed because we are big sized. And the room had no bath tub.
Good but there was no elevator so you had to carry luggage up the stairs.
I stay here all the time and maybe even more in the future. The location for an overnight stop is great as there are many options available for dinner and drinks. May are within walking distance. Alexander's is excellent. Red Lobster, Outback and PF Changs. There are many more too. The hotel is fine, nothing to worry about . Its in need of some restoration, but I know that's on their agenda in the future. The good news is its very affordable for the location. Give this place a spot on your travel agenda.

We do apologize for your experience. However, the lack of a elevator is listed on the booking website, and 1st floor rooms are 1st come, 1st serve. If we had received information about your need for a accessible room, we would have most certainly reserved and given you one. Again, we do apologize your stay didn't meet your expectations.
