We had a great stay overall. Beautiful ruby falls.
This place needs an upgrade. Check in was fine. Receptionist was great. Lobby was clean and appealing. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was terrible. No plates, little to no food.
The heater in room was very loud when turned on making impossible to sleep.
You definitely get what you pay for. The room has a terrible mildew smell. There is evident mold/mildew growing on the bed shirt. There were also hairs on the sheets that were not ours. One of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed in a long time.
We stayed for 3 days and overall, all was well. It was surprisingly quiet and breakfast was actually good, for being free. It definitely wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t terrible either. It was very convenient as it was close to Lookout Mountain and there were plenty of amenities nearby. For the price, we would stay there again.
Check-in was slow, even though I had a reservation. Hall carpets were badly stained. Room was clean and quiet. breakfast was ok.
Could use some woodwork and paint touch ups

Staff were welcoming and helpful! The room was decent, but everything smells a little musty/damp. Shower was hot and there was good water pressure, but the drain in this particular room was very slow. This is great proximity to all the Lookout Mtn attractions! Go for it if you’re in doubt.
Clean and spacious room
Hotel was so filthy that we did not spend the night! Just awful. Front desk associate was eating and didn’t greet us when we walked in. Would NOT recommend this property!!!!
Our room was spotless.
First room had Ants all along the baseboards. Second room was extremely LOUD!
Bed was fairly comfortable, free breakfast was meager but better than nothing. The hotel was pretty run down, but that makes sense considering the extremely low rate. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but was somewhat neglected. Good location; in line with expectations of a bargain hotel.
Was close to attractions
