The toilet was stopped up the whole time, they pretty much gave me the plunger to plunge my own toilet. I tried to at least get a discount and he told me I could leave a day early if I wanted to and he could knock off a day. Could you imagine. Never ever again. The little cleaning lady was really sweet she tried to unplug the toilet bless her heart and the front desk guy also, both were really young and kind but was unable. The young guy got it unplugged once but it just got plugged up the next time I used it that's why I told them just to leave the plunger. The manager wasn't going to budge in giving me a discount and I caught him in a lie as well. I even called hotels.com and they tried to get him to give me a discount as well. Not the place you want to stay if they're not going to be fair. Like it was my fault the toilet was plugged up the whole time. Ridiculous.

Front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Fast and easy check-in with very reasonable prices. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Dining and kitchen area were clean and had several different fast breakfast options. Check-out was fast and easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant. I give this place an A+ and highly recommend this motel.

Was told at check in on Sunday night Monday breakfast was from 6-10. Went to lobby at 8 :50 light off in breakfast area to be told it ends at 9 and was ablecto get coffee and manger closed the doors! He was rude. Rooms were noisy tv could be heard from next room. Dogs barking, highway noise all night. Do not stay here.

Convenient location near Lookout Mountain. Front desk staff were very friendly. Arrived later in the evening after traveling all day and all we needed was a place to sleep, shower and grab a light breakfast - this place checked all of those boxes for a reasonable price. Room was nicely updated, clean and we were surprised that it was fairly quiet despite being located right by the highway. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast had limited options but was ok, although husband said the coffee was undrinkable. Definitely not a luxury resort but it's an overall good value for an overnight travel stop.

I added in my message on hotels.com that I wanted early check-in around 1:00 or so. Never heard a response from the hotel. Traveling with my 92-year-old mom. They would not let me get into the hotel until 3:30. Not very happy with that. Otherwise it was okay. Rooms were clean. Door to the bathroom needs planing room 117. Door very loud when opening and closing. I mean it's an older hotel that has been refurbished to some point. Very convenient to Rock City, cracker barrel and other attractions.

Bare bones hotel. It was clean and check in was easy, although I had a question about check in time the day before we arrived and no one answered the phone for many rings. The tile floor on a ground floor room was chilly and the bedding was minimal. We asked for extra pillows but they said they didn’t have any so we didnt bother asking for more blankets. The temps were too cool for A/C and too warm for heat (it was upper 60s) so I spent the 1st hour after getting in bed shivering. The wall unit was open to the outside so the air was either freezing or very humid & tepid at higher temps. The room was clean. Toilet paper fixture came out of the wall when you used it. Flies coming out of the sink drain. It felt safe. Clean parking lot. Their signage says "eco-friendly" but I really think they're just being cheap. It was a safe place to sleep for one night but don't expect any additional comforts.
