"POOL IS OUT OF ORDER! And then when I asked to be upgraded to a room with a whirlpool, since the pool wasn't an option, he couldn't understand English. So, I asked for a refund. He certainly understood the word, "No". Another trash hotel brought to you by Expedia. "

"I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New room smelled like urine and didn't feel clean. Toilet didn't flush very well in this room either, so maybe it's just a 3rd floor thing. It was our last night and we were tired so we just dealt with it and left the next day. Have had good experiences in this same hotel before - not sure what happened since my last stay back in the fall."
