This was a great hotel for a weekend getaway! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay .

Stay here every year. Nice to have two hot meals 3 days a week. Room is nice with mini kitchen. Our room needed new sofa cushions.

While visiting family in East Aurora, we needed an extra bedroom and bathroom for the holiday weekend. This was perfect for our needs - the breakfast held us over until we got to the family. We had hoped to take advantage of the "gym" but the facility had only a few cardio machines and not enough space to lay down and stretch as needed. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Everything was as described. Continental breakfast had a huge selection. The room was spotless, and even came with a full kitchen area (dishwasher, stove, oven, full sized fridge, sink, glasses, plates..) The staff even let me utilize the conference room to study nearly all of Saturday, as there weren't any reservations. I think the best part of this was with a reservation they gave you as many tickets as number of guests you had for a movie theater 0.5 miles away. This theater served every sort of dinner you can imagine, along with drinks.

I'm not really sure what we expected, something rather ordinary I suppose; but we chose Staybridge Suites, Aurora, because the hotel is pet friendly and convenient to functions to be attended. We were most definitely pleased with this choice; but, while certainly understanding the necessity for a "pet deposit", felt the actual amount of the non-refundable deposit was a little steep. Our queen bed studio suite was very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced; the bath towels were nicely absorbent, and our only negative thought was that the sofa and "room darkening" drapes were somewhat shabby and should be replaced. The breakfasts were ample and definitely better, regarding quality and selection, than continental breakfasts we've had at other hotels. The serving hours of the breakfasts were also very accommodating and convenient. Add in a pleasant and picturesque setting - trees, lawn, and lake - plus a delightful, pleasant staff and we had an experience that we wish could have been longer. We can honestly say that our first time at Staybridge Suites, Aurora, or Staybridge Suites anywhere, won't be our last time. (Next time, we're tempted to book a 1 bedroom suite.

We were not able to use the pool. We had to get our own towels the bed was broken

Pool was good Hot tub heater broken- pointless Gym- basics, but fulfilled needs Decent hot breakfast: fresh fruit, muffins, Danishes, boiled and scrambled eggs. Ham, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal. Few other things I missed. Room was comfy, clean Extra secured storage area avail. at end of hall. Downside- didn't expect to need printout of paid reservation. I had reservation number and a confirmation email on my phone, but email worded receipt as "amount to be paid". Made it awkward, but guy said he would look into it and that was the end. No complimentary toothbrush- forgot mine- had to buy from their convenience store next to front desk.

Very relaxing, clean and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar was fantastic with the many selections that were offered! Webwillnstay there again.

Nice location close to mall, movies, restaurants. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and walls seemed sound proof.

Good location near outlet malls, restaurants, and movie theaters. Full breakfast in morning was great too. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and walls seemed sound proof.

hotel was very nice , room was large and spacious, and clean , the breakfast was nice and an had a large assortment of foods

We were looking for a weekend away in the Chicago area - close to family - yet providing us private time. There is so much to do in the area that we never get to when we visit family. Staying at Staybridge provided us the opportunity to visit family as well as get to some of those other things. Next time we will take more in the way of food to take advantage of the kitchenette - especially during late night hours.

Tons of shopping and restaurants very close but Hotel is in its own secluded area for great privacy and almost no additional traffic.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I was not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. Included breakfast buffet is a nice plus. Will recommend this chain to friends and family.

MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. VERY NICE, CLEAN, QUITE, GREAT PLACE TO STAY.. AND A GREAT BARGIN..ENJOYED THE HOT TUB, THERE WERE A LOT OF KIDS, BUT THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR US,, BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS A NICE BONUS,, WE LOVED IT, WE WILL BE BACK,,

The price, location and room could not have turned out better.
