Super close to trendy international restaurants in Downtown Concord as well as the world-renowned excitement of the Charlotte Motor Speedway, the enormous Concord Mills Outlet Mall (it has its down aquarium and go-kart track!), and the quirky Carolina Renaissance Fair. Charlotte has a lot and this home has it all.
Guests are invited to kick back and relax in the huge great room/kitchen before retreating upstairs to the bright and airy loft fitted with a gaming center, beanbag, and gym. The five cozy bedrooms all come with high end mattresses (1 king and 4 queens) and the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom giving this home plenty of private space as well as multiple communal gathering hubs. For those needing to work, the home comes equipped with two larges offices and desks with multi screen docking ports where you can bring your laptop and connect to a hi-fi sound system and 4k high definition monitors.
