We rented this stay for the ren faire and had a great time . The house was easy to find and in a cute neighborhood . Very clean and cute , the beds were very comfy

Older home with some modern updates. However the “karaoke shed” is not that at all. The WiFi barely reaches out there let alone its musty smelling even with the dehumidifier going. I wouldn’t let any of my friends sleep out there, both my friends and I had little pests skittering in the house during our stay and the water pressure was next to nonexistent. On top of that, it’s hard to have more than 2/3 people in the living room because the furniture is meant more so for decoration than comfortability. Personally should be paying less for what we actually received.

Cute old house. Modern touches on an old property. The colors and Charlotte mural pics are fun. The sheets, beds, and kitchen were clean. The back shed is only a trundle bed - the listing said something about bunk beds - there aren’t any. The shed also has no water or bathroom just FYI. If it’s weird and sticky feeling, empty the dehumidifier and it turns back on and it’s WAY better out there. Definitely an old shed though - don’t put anyone out there who doesn’t like spiders. The front porch is not great for anyone with accessibility issues. There is only one bathroom. We went to a wedding at the VanLandingham Estate which is walkable so that was AMAZING. Great location and very easy going hosts.
