Nestled in a wooded community in Charlotte’s premier Southpark neighborhood, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with king suite is sure to delight.
Here, it’s easy to kick back & relax in a calm, stylish space.
Airy, upscale, perfectly appointed for short & longer stays. Comfy mattresses, luxury linens, oversized towels, coffee, yoga mat, 2 pools, outdoor track, huge smart TV, workspace, nice cooking gear.
Everything you need to recharge! Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home!
The space
Airy, clean, stylish, cozy, and super comfortable, we boast an open floor plan for the dining and living room. King suite, and second bedroom with luxury queen bed. Two full baths.
Two ultra-comfy couches, ample room for yoga on a mat provided as you catch the morning or evening sun through the large floor to ceiling window.
Our 65” smart TV has Roku, from which you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney Plus, HBO Now, or any one of dozens of other streaming services.
Step onto the quaint balcony and enjoy breakfast, or simply a cup of coffee or tea (included on the hospitality table). Fresh air, surrounded by green trees and a lovely wooded area full of squirrels, chipmunks, and birds.
The Master Bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed, private full bathroom with shower and bathtub. It also boasts a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe to conveniently store all your clothes, jewelry, and more. There is also a modest walk-in closet for your suitcase and other larger items.
The Second Bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen bed, desk, and reading chair. There is ample closet space, and a window reading nook as well.
A washer and dryer are included in the condo.
The kitchen has a large stainless refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, all the pots/pans/food prep material you’ll need, and plenty of cooking & storage space.
