This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Old, not well maintained, smelly, and never really felt safe the entire time. There were people hanging outside of my room in the middle of the night, talking loudly and some even fighting. You cannot get a decent night sleep because all you hear is the ice machine, the washer and dryer, the police sirens, or the mini fridge compressor in your room kicking on every 10 minutes that sounded like it was on its last leg. There were always people hanging out in the parking lot all night, so I did not know if I would wake up the next morning, and my car would be vandalized or stolen. This was just an all-around bad experience. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Run down but under renovation. Was advised not to use laundry facilities as the allow the local homeless to use them and it’s dangerous. Was told they advise that I take my laundry to a laundromat. Not worth the money.

Hotel was not great - comforter had burn holes all over it. Bathroom did not look clean. We did not use it, but the pool had dirt all over the floor of it. We got in late the night before form a flight, and just missed the continental breakfast. The woman working up there ended up giving us some muffins she had left in the back, even though she already cleaned up. She was super kind, and we appreciated that she went out of her way to help us. I did not catch her name, but she was excellent!!

Our room was roach infested the AC unit wasn't working properly. The tub leaked water and toilet seat was loose and shifted. The graveyard shift worker was rude and didn't give clear instructions. He checked us in outside it was cold, wet and rainy at the time there needs to be a better process.we checked in at 2am. Ms.Dolly was awesome, kind, friendly and personal.

The staff is extremely rude. The room was awful. Fridge and the microwave did not work. Lights didnt work in the entire room. Phone charger ports didnt work. -5 out of a scale of 10. Would not recommend this place to a dog

Wonderful staff.

The woman running the front desk the three days we were there was one of the most friendly and happy go lucky employees I've ever met in the hotel industry. The hotel itself is very clean, but the building is also old, got broken parts here and there, and is inevitably a bit dingey in places. That being said, we did not see any bugs what so ever, the linens and surfaces were spotless, and all appliances plus A/C unit, and tv worked. There are stray cats around because it's right next to a gas station where they can get food, and the pool looked super clean. (We did not get in the pool, but it did look very clean). For a short stay i'd definitely stay here again. I will also say there is no left turn out of the parking lot and you have to u turn to get back on the interstate or go left. It is super conveniently close to gas stations, Walmart, and fast food locations though.
