Great Place to Stay!

We spent 8 nights at this property. It was very clean and well, appointed. Everything we needed was there. Including an air-fryer. Beds are comfortable and the screen balcony was a real treat. I watched all the wildlife around the pond. Nicely, but simply decorated. Should be called the Orchid Retreat for the orchid theme throughout.

First day there, a police officer knocked on the door and said I was staying at an illegal VRBO and now that I am aware, I could be fined. Security gate personnel also were very sketchy and skeptical each time we drove through the gate, so we felt unsafe the whole time. Owner did not confirm he had the correct paperwork.

Quiet property in a condo neighborhood in North Charleston. We appreciated that it was affordable for a four-night stay to see things in and around the Charleston area. Grocery store was close by. Very nice two bedroom upper unit in a gated community. About 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown. TV and Internet worked well. Has a nice screened in balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Clean, safe, and in wooded community...very nice. Condo nicely decorated and mattresses are A . The condo is old and shows on the walls which need a good skim coat and most interior doors need to be replaced. Otherwise, very nice. We are picky and would stay here again. Very nice property

We loved the screened in balcony! Perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife in the lagoon. Kitchen had everything we needed and more for a weekend stay. Large capacity washer and dryer. Shower faucet was a little confusing but we figured it out. Modern living room space. Couple minor issues like touchless trashcan needed batteries and a panel from blinds in the balcony door kept wanting to fall off. Otherwise a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay!
