This property is centrally located to Downtown and Sullivan Beach. On property there is an adorable coffee shop with breakfast options and pastries.Also to grab a bite to eat and glass of wine in the evening.The host was very easy to reach. The unit is very clean and well stocked.

The neighborhood was nice, a great place to go for a walk with the family. It was nice to be centrally located to various activities around Charleston.

Home was very clean and spacious, we only used one of the 2 Master bedrooms. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and kitchen is equipped with appliances and necessities you need to cook! Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent. Easy check in and check out.

The house was awesome. We really enjoyed having the porch as a place to hang out. Super comfy beds and 4 tvs were a nice bonus. Communication with the host was prompt and answered any questions we had. Great location central to all we had planned for the week. The only criticism would be the pool club next door that ran a leaf blower at 7:30 every morning but’s small price to pay for having the market and fresh pastries and coffee every morning. Also you may want to buy a can opener for the kitchen.If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely rent it!

Wonderful place!

This place was one of the best places we have stayed. The condo was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The front deck was great to sit on in the morning or early evening. It really gave the historic Charleston vibe.

the condo was very clean and well supplied. beds also comfortable. Only negative point about the location is the swim club right next door where at 7:00 am every morning for an hour someone was cleaning the pool area and the lounge chairs with a leaf blower. Very annoying. Anyone with mobility issues might find the two levels of stairs difficult. Especially when carrying luggage and groceries.

Property was clean and in good order. Dedicated parking space a plus, although it is a tight space; vehicles larger than mid-size will find it very tight.Management service very responsive. Any questions/issues were handled promptly.Location is excellent; short drives to many attractions, including restaurants and downtown Charleston. Park Circle very nearby with some very good eating/drinking establishments.This unit is one of the more handsome buildings in Mixson and it’s setting on courtyard very nice. Sitting out on the front porch was delightful. The market directly across the street was handy; they make a killer breakfast sandwich.All in all, stay was a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

I thought everything was perfect! The place was neat and clean and the beds slept great. Great location in close proximity to The Citadel, which was perfect since we were there for graduation. Just be sure to take note that you have to climb stairs as the home in on the 2nd story and the bedrooms were upstairs as well. Having elderly parents or people with walking issues needs to be considered. Also, the on street parking can be a little confusing as the road is somewhat narrow. Other than that (which wasn’t deal breakers), we loved it and would definitely go back!

This was our second year staying at this property and we were so very excited to be coming back. This year stay was even better than the last! You really can’t beat the location, but the property is so well appointed, and the location is absolutely perfect, it just makes for a real home away from home! Exceptionally clean! Very comfortable and well appointed throughout! The house was very attentive leading up to my stay as well as throughout. They reached out several times to check in on us and see if there was anything we needed. I love this little neighborhood in the house seated perfectly for our needs! Looking forward to next year as expect to come back… Again and again!

Very nice property.

Had a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were plentiful and beds very comfortable. We had some issues with electrical issues in master. Owner responded quickly. Location was excellent for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Girls Weekend

We loved our stay in Charleston. Location was a short drive to the heart of downtown or the beach. The house was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. The concierge service helped us plan some activities including spa and nail days. All of which were great!

Super Cute

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the ceiling fans added a refreshing touch to the atmosphere. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, our experience was delightful, and I can confidently say that all four of us wholeheartedly recommend this house as a perfect getaway.

Our family loved this property! If you have young kids, the park circle playground is amazing and very close. The park circle strip is very close and Paradiso has day passes, which are expensive but worth it for the kids. The management group that runs the property, keeps it clean and are very communicative when you ask questions. Check in process was a breeze, and the checkout process was extremely short.You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this location!
