Charged a parking resurface fee. When I asked what it was they had no answer but refused to refund it despite me not parking or having a car to park there. Rude and lazy service from the night staff. Worst Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at

Find something cleaner

First room we got, one side of the mattress was broken and when you’d sit or lay it caved in. One of the legs for the sink look like it was about to break. And the room just look like it had dirty stains and felt unclean. When we tried to switch rooms, they seem to not believe me about the bed. Had to wait a while for them to come up and see. After that we got a new room. The bed was better but still kinda mushy. But we didn’t have a microwave in this room. And again just felt dirty. Carpet and the coach. Just looked dirty and stained.

Hospitality Business Owner’s Choice

One of the best hotels in N. Charleston! It is quiet, very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, staff was nice. I slept better here than I do at home. Traffic on Ashley Phosphate is a mess most of the time but it is easier to get in & out here than most of the others on this stretch of highway.

Nice hotel outside of town

Location was not ideal to tour historic Charleston. Traffic into the city was heavy. Room was very nice. Bed was amazing. Good shower and strong water pressure. Excellent A/C during hot weekend was appreciated. Thought the fee for the surface lot that surrounded the property was absurd.

I was quite surprised that room service was every other day for the amount that is charged per day. I would suggest offering clean towel at least on the day that room service is not provided. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

stayed five nights, recieved no housekeeping at all. continuously had to ask for towels. when we spoke to the front about nor recieving any house keeping they basically accused of us lying since we "were on the list of rooms that were cleaned". there was mold in the shower. the tv barely worked, could not turn it off or press any buttons besides the volume button and the "okay" button. the bedding was stained. the first day we arrived in our room, we looked out the window and seen a worker peeing outside by the trash can. we left a day early due to being fed up of being there. do mot recommend this hotel to anyone.
