The location is great very nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very nice equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was also great. I love that the backyard was fenced in.

Great little gem

Great little house with comfortable beds and plenty of entertainment for the kids. Perfect for our needs (staying easy driving distance to beach towns).

Beautiful home within 15 min of downtown Charleston

We loved this home - it was fully updated and super clean! Plenty of room for our family and games to keep the kids busy, and the hot tub was a fun respite. It was easily accessible to the freeway to downtown Charleston and the neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Rooms were good except for closet door in 1st bedroom and not a fan of barn door on master bath since it didn’t cover the whole opening. Very spacious and open plan was great. Kitchen just needed a couple things but otherwise was very nice. Freezer only did chopped up ice not cubes.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but based on how quickly they answered questions, I’m confident anything would have been resolved immediately if needed. The house was perfect for a large group and truly had everything we could ask for. We made great use of the amenities—the hot tub and ping pong table were highlights—and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, which was a huge plus since we cooked many meals at the house (unlike some rentals that have very little). One of us even used the desk to work remotely during the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We couldn’t recommend this VRBO more and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very Responsive

The owner was very responsive to questions and promptly took care of the only small issue we had which was a left over bag of trash accidently left in the garage by the clean up crew. Enjoyed our stay, clean home, and close to everything we needed.

Nice remodeled house relatively close to downtown and beaches

The house was exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. The host was always in touch with us and we didn’t have any issues.The back yard is not maintained and there were a lot of mosquitoes but we didn’t want to spend time outside anyway.If not for traffic, King street and Folly Beach would be 20 and 30 minutes, respectively. But there was traffic nearly all day and those times are close to double so keep that in mind if you really care about driving times.For our 3-night stay it was an excellent choice.

Total Package

The house is located about 15-20 minutes away from downtown Charleston. It is fully equipped with fun things for the family to do. It made our time together fun. It was clean and well maintained. We had a small issue with a bathroom sink, which was reported and fixed within hours. Check-in and check out were easy. I highly recommend this home.

Great inside, sus outside

Inside home was great remodel. Some interior items are showing age and need addressing, but overall great interior. The yard and the neighborhood are not in good shape and don't provide a feeling of comfort at all. The worst thing, there was a dead bird in the yard fight next to driveway. It really showed the lack of attention to the outside.
