The Space:
This cozy abode offers a spacious 1950 square feet, perfect for folks with mobility concerns. With just three small steps to the entrance, complete with sturdy railings, accessibility is a breeze.

Our home is stocked with all the goodies you could need! From fresh linens and towels to cookware and dishware, we've got you covered. Plus, we've included a starter pack of , Tide Pods, dishwasher pods, toiletries, and paper products. Just pack your adventurous spirit and you're all set!

Each bedroom comes with its own TV, so everyone can catch their favorite shows. While we've got Netflix ready to go, we don't have cable. But feel free to log into your own streaming accounts during your stay just remember to log out before you leave!

Need to get some work done? No problem! We've set up a private desk in the sunroom, complete with super strong Wi-Fi (Download speed: up to 1000 Mbps, Upload speed: up to 20 Mbps) for all your remote work needs.

• 🚭 No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for in-room smoke damages
• 🚬 Smoking permitted only outside, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from doors
• Firearms are strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of North Charleston Ordinance rules under Section 156.340.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.

Laundry Etiquette:
Utilize the washer and dryer if available to freshen linens. Limited supplies require off-site washing between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

A Note on Partying:
Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.

Guests staying at this listing receive exclusive discounted rates on day passes to Paradiso, a private club located right next door in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle. This is a Short 10-15 minute Drive from the home.
