Room was tiny. found trash under bed. Bathroom wasn't stocked and some of the towels had holes in them. We had never tried Tru before and I can honestly say we won't again. It was disappointing. We never had housekeeping come and we were there for 4 nights. Overall just disappointing.

This hotel had a wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in door. Colorful, cheerful, modern, clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I must commend the nice lady who runs the breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. She is so personable it was like talking to an old friend. We are redoing a house here so we've stayed in many different places and for the price this was the best overall. Clean, pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. Thank you!

Uncomfortable, but ac works great.

Room was clean! However, the beds are uncomfortable. They give you a thin blanket that basically won’t cover two adults. 3 pillows instead of 4 and are thin. One elevator was out of order and the elevator that was working made really bad sounds and jerked. The free breakfast can’t complain because it was free, but the Tru in Wyoming I think the last time we stayed in one was way better.

It really was sad to think this property is associated with Hilton. The beds are uncomfortable, I was changed several times from rooms due to broken shades equipment odor etc.. the manager was very nice and a fee of the staff were nice but the inconveniences overshadowed a few of the nice staff some of the rude staff. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. The elevator was making weird noises and the other one was out of order. The floor of our room was sticky and had glitter everywhere and there were hairs in our shower and beds. Staff wasn’t super professional. The decor is nice and the gym was great.
