We have stayed here before and it is a wonderful house & location. Close to U of I stadiums for sporting events. A great walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard is so nice. The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here!

Home away from Home

House had everything by husband and I needed. It was very comfortable and all appliances worked well with no issues. Coffee bar and snacks were great for a welcome. The house was very clean and yard was excellent for our furry children. Neighborhood was great for walking and would be great to sit on front porch in warm weather. We can't wait to stay again. We felt very much at home on this stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage located in a very convenient and lovely neighborhood! The cottage is a 1920 charmer that is decorated just beautifully with all of the most up-to-date amenities, making our stay just perfect. Everything was extremely well decorated, very clean and neat. Erica was the perfect hostess that helped with anything we needed. We loved our stay there and look forward to staying in this sweet pretty cottage again in the near future. I highly recommend booking a stay here!!

The owner was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house itself was very cool and very well appointed.
