The hotel is very close to the airport. Hotel has a complementary shuttle service to the airport which was not mentioned by Orbitz.
I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. My flight arrived very late, so I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and reserve a spot in the shuttle early in the morning for my next flight (they don’t run the shuttle after midnight, so no chance of getting a shuttle to the hotel). What four star hotel doesn’t have a person answering the phone at night? They had an automated service saying they wouldn’t answer the phone until the morning. That means a night at the airport for me after paying for the room in advance. It’s my worst experience with a hotel ever.

The rooms are dated and old. Bathroom old run down. The main problem was the smell in the room. It smelled like a dead rodent was in the wall. We slept with the sliding doors open all night because it was so strong. Wasnt worth changing rooms as we only stayed one night and returned to the room after 10pm. *** Breakfast Buffet *** Do not pay extra for the buffet! It is not worth the price. Very limited in choices. No eggs other a hard boiled. Which was old and over cooked. Everything was empty 40 min before closing. You needed to get the staff that was noisily cleaning and preparing to help you. It was the worst Breakfast out of 4 hotels we stayed in while in Spain. Your better off going to a local place to eat. You will save money and have a better breakfast.
This hotel is kinda weird. You have to swipe your room card everywhere you go. The elevator, the lobby bathrooms you even have to have your card in a card swipe machine to turn the lights on in your room. The price was good and it was close to the airport they have free transportation to the airport so that was nice. The only reason we reserved at this hotel was due it being close the airport and we were on our last day of vacation. I won’t stay here again.
The hotel is located very near the airport, so very convenient for an overnight stay. The bed and bedroom were good, comfortable. Breakfast is not included, unless you request and pay. Good shuttle service from and to the Madrid airport.

Great rooms, quiet, nice balcony and good beds. The cleaning stuff super friendly. The ladys at the reception not motivated and check in took way to long cause some imaginary system failure.
Everything was as offered
WIFI did not work. 20 minute wait at check in at all times. Paper thin walls- you can hear everything. Shuttles were full and we had to take a taxi to airport

The room smelled like sewer. The room also looked pretty neglected: chipped wall pain, some rust, etc... Wouldn't recommend unless you don't have other options
