Outstanding! 1) 75” TV and large comfy couch, 2) spacious well stocked kitchen,3) amazing bath tub, and 4) comfortable bed.Walking distance to Capitol, restaurants and coffee shops. Only area for improvement is more towel racks.Filipp and team are Stars. We would return again.

Don’t the photos of this place look great? But they can’t do it justice; wait till you see it! Materials and workmanship are top quality. Everything is new, spacious and immaculate. The decorating is modern and inviting. Well-equipped kitchen - even the chef knife is super sharp! Perfectly located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood in the heart of Carson City, only 2 blocks from the State Capitol. Off-street parking. The host is super responsive, helpful and rightly proud of this outstanding property.

We had an amazing stay here. The host was very responsive and the place was clean, it was aesthetically pleasing, and it was within a very short walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, museums, and more. I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay here. It was so good in fact that we’re planning to make an annual trip and stay here again.

The property was clean, well-maintained, relaxing and met or exceeded expectations with its amenities and location. For example, many dining choices that are within walking distance for a beer and dinner. No need to drive. Additionally, the property is close to various attractions, including skiing access, hiking trails, horseback rides, and Lake Tahoe is less than 30 miles away!. Definitely, will stay again.

Stylish Stay in the Heart of Carson City
We absolutely loved our stay in Carson City! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, just a short walk to fantastic restaurants and entertainment. The property itself has been beautifully upgraded, blending charm with modern comfort.One of the most memorable moments was waking up to a mama deer and her fawn grazing peacefully in the yard—such a serene and magical touch. The home was extremely well-appointed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for a comfortable and effortless stay.Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Carson City. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
