First off, they gave us a room that they already knew was on my maintenance list for a heater that was stuck on and there was a window that was broken off the track. As soon as we got into the room is was HOT and we have an infant so it was not going to work! Was told a worker would come up to fix it in 20-30 minutes waited over 5hrs and still seen no one, tried getting a new room but there was 6 other families also waiting for rooms, 10pm by this time and we decided to leave and go to the motel 8 which was much better!! Would NOT recommend this business at all, also still waiting to hear back from the manager for a refund!

The staff were wonderful as has been my experience from previous stay. Beds are amazingly comfortable and cozy. Only issues I had this stay was that the heater did not blow hot air or even warm air. Thermostat was set on heat and 85 degrees and it was still blowing cold air. The other issue was there was no hot water in the shower, it was barely luke warm. They did bring me a space heater which took the chill out of the air. It is an older building and does need some upgraded renovations
