Honestly, my experience was terrible, the carpet was dirty, and the entire room smelled extremely bad of cigarette smoke, and it was supposed to be a non-smoking area, the smell was extremely strong, I called to the reception and they couldn't help me, for my Daughter and my husband both asthmatic, it was a terrible night, we would not return to this hotel.

Nice enough hotel, we were on the top floor so well away from the casino a little bit musty but ok. Bathroom plug did not work everything else was alright only thing was we were given an interconnecting room and you could hear conversations and the tv next door which was rather disappointing.. The grill was superb the portions were beyond any normal,persons expectations, the breakfast voucher was a bit limiting as if you didn’t fancy any of the items for a free breakfast tough.

We have stayed at this property before. It is an “ok” experience, not over priced. Rooms are non smoking but we were on the second floor and the smoke found its way to our room because of an open staircase from casino to our floor. Inhaling second hand smoke all night not good for health. Maybe non smoking rooms should not be directly over the casino but rather on the side of the property. Check out the property and you will see what I mean. The restaurant is filled with mostly no personality crew members with the inability to smile. Management not much better. You get what you pay for.
