Excellent Excellent Excellent Excellent Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our room had a nice view of the golf course and Sierra Nevadas.

We were in town to be with a family member in the hospital and that was very helpful having a nice hotel less than a mile away. The breakfast was very nice. Room modern and well supplied. Having the microwave and mini fridge was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative thing that happened was one our first day we left after breakfast, went to hospital, and didn't return for the entire day. When we got back, our hotel room was propped completely open with a hand towel. The room had been cleaned, but the maid never closed the door behind her? It was odd. And alarming because we were the furthest room, nearest the side door. Nothing appeared to be missing. I did tell the receptionist and the front desk, but she didn't seem overly concerned and just said she was sorry about that. Overall I would still recommend the Holiday Inn and would stay there again. I am sure the maid just made an error and forgot to close the door behind her. However, I would suggest no valuable being left around. Because I know our room must have been left open for 10+ hours. We were gone the whole day. So any other patron could have walked in there while we were gone.

Located on main highway. Driving distance close to shopping restaurants.

Holiday Inn Express seems to be way above the rest of the inns. The rooms are of a much higher quality, beds are more comfortable and the property is also very well maintained. The only gripe I had was that the thermostat on the wall mounted A/C didn't seem to work. Setting the heat or cold on would just cool the room way below and continue running without shutting off. Same for the heat. Complimentary breakfast also had fresh and above average quality food.

Our room was wonderful, and we had a pet room for our dog and there were no odors. Verrrry comfy bed and pillows. Great amenities, small indoor pool and hot tub and very nice lounge area with a nice breakfast. It is in a very pretty part of the city, as well, with no neon signs and very little traffic, just pretty hills and quiet.

The Hotel provided everything we needed for a night's stay. It was fairly comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, although the hot tub water was kind of a gross color and the caulking was oozing and gooey around the edges. The continental breakfast was fabulous. There was a large variety or hot items. There was free wifi

Staff is very friendly and very nice hotel. Very clean and cheaper. Nice breakfast.

Very nice place. I really like the Holiday Inn Express hotels. Our room was great, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Like new. The downside was that it was right across from the vending machines, so there was a lot of noise from people using the vending machines. Also, our room was right next to the workout room. So, at 6 am, when the room opened the TV in the room was turned on, which awoke us. Another room, in a quiter location would have been much nicer.

The attedent at the dest was not very helpful. My cousin is in Intensive care at the hospital across the street. We needed to stay at a hotel close by. We asked about other nights, and she was only able to offer a considerably more expensive room. When we asked about other hotels in the area, she said they were all booked!! (Like, how would she know? I just wanted to know if there were others that she knew of!!!) Half of the pillows in our room did not have pillow cases. There was only one hand towel, no bath towels and no face cloths. We called the front desk and asked for some. We even asked if we needed to come down and pick them up. She said they would bring them up. After a couple of hours, we hadn't heard anything. I went to go get some ice, and found them hanging on the door handle. No one knocked on the door or anything--and there was no "do not disturb" sign on the door. When we opened the bundle, there were the pillow cases and two bath towels. Still no face cloths!!! When we checked out, we asked for a receipt, she said the receipt would come through e-mail, via [...]. I was VERY disappointed in this stay, and with the service. [...]

Easy to find and really clean. Liked the stay.

Friendly receptive staff; clean and comfortable rooms

Rooms were very well maintained and nicely decorated. Location, made it easy to travel 30 minute bueatiful to Lake Tahoe, and the Shakspearin Theater on the Lake at Incline Village.
