There was quite a bit of noise at night but otherwise all was great.
While I understand that during a pandemic not all services are being provided- it would be nice to know in advance that the room won’t be cleaned and towels and coffee won’t be restocked rather than rudely by the front desk associate who is put out by having to answer my call. Paying the same price for less amenities and less service.
We stayed for 2 nights. We loved it. No negatives. Great location in town. Good price. We found it much nicer/cleaner than hotels in the same price range in town.
Waited 20 min for someone to be at front desk to check in. Then they could not do it. Came back after dinner and waited 10 min to check in. When checking out manager was sitting at table and do not come until an Amazon person walked up. Helped him first then helped us. Usually don’t write reviews but this was notable.
Looking forward to the pool. It was closed. Room in no way compared to the one we just left at the Hampton Inn in Carson City. It was shabby and in need of renovating. Could not use the bathtub because the drain stopper was broken. After checking in we decided to take a nap. Shortly after the fire alarm went off for five minutes and when I mentioned it at the desk, we didn't even get an apology. Unlike Hilton's and Hampton's, no free breakfast. You got to buy your food if you wanted anything. All and all, a poor value. We were very disappointed. For $180 a night, I expected a great room and was sorely disappointed. Nothing special here. Do yourself a favor and to to Hampton instead.
Every aspect of my stay at this hotel was excellent.
The bed and pillows were really comfortable and made for a restful sleep. Our only complaint was that we saw a potato chip behind the sofa (not against a wall) from a previous guest. Makes housekeeping look slack.
We might relax at the hotel after busy week, it was so quiet in our room! Costumer service is excellent.
We love to stay here when in Carson City, if the price is right. Gave the staff 3 stars only because the check in guy gave us a hard time about not booking direct.
Very nice place, clean beds,a little stuffy smelling, some of the towel bars were bent up, the tub/shower drain was slow but overall it was a good stay for me and my family. Staff is very helpful and responsive of needs, and happy. I had a great stay
Friendly staff. Nice Bistro in lobby. Walk to casino, movie theater, and restaurants..
Stayed for a night it was wonderful; the room and the quietness too! All cable channels, even HBO, Cinemax etc.
Was clean and comfortable (most important) rooms didnt smell and the rates were ok but no complimentary breakfast. Didn't experience any riff raff lingering around during our times there. Liked the easy access and time availability to hot tub and pool.
Not our first stay. In Carson City, this is it. Don't bother with the rest.
The entire facility is very nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for a single person or a family. It's right next to the Fandango Casino and the Fandango movie complex. The staff was very nice and helpful.
