Courtyard by Marriott Carson City

The bed and pillows were really comfortable and made for a restful sleep. Our only complaint was that we saw a potato chip behind the sofa (not against a wall) from a previous guest. Makes housekeeping look slack.

We might relax at the hotel after busy week, it was so quiet in our room! Costumer service is excellent.

We love to stay here when in Carson City, if the price is right. Gave the staff 3 stars only because the check in guy gave us a hard time about not booking direct.

Very nice place, clean beds,a little stuffy smelling, some of the towel bars were bent up, the tub/shower drain was slow but overall it was a good stay for me and my family. Staff is very helpful and responsive of needs, and happy. I had a great stay

Friendly staff. Nice Bistro in lobby. Walk to casino, movie theater, and restaurants..

Stayed for a night it was wonderful; the room and the quietness too! All cable channels, even HBO, Cinemax etc.

Was clean and comfortable (most important) rooms didnt smell and the rates were ok but no complimentary breakfast. Didn't experience any riff raff lingering around during our times there. Liked the easy access and time availability to hot tub and pool.

Not our first stay. In Carson City, this is it. Don't bother with the rest.

The entire facility is very nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for a single person or a family. It's right next to the Fandango Casino and the Fandango movie complex. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located amidst shopping and restaurants, which is what we needed for back to school shopping (we live in a remote area). Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable, but I have really specific needs with beds so that could just be me. Located right next to casino but didn't pose any related problems. Plenty of parking, no noise issues and we were on the street side of the building. Overall a positive experience.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, you have picked the wrong spot. young children and teenagers run amok throughout the hotel and hallways.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Carson City was just perfect for us. Close to a casino, downtown historic attractions and general shopping, the Courtyard answered all questions, provided information when needed and was pleasant.

The Courtyard Marriott provides a great hotel experience in Carson City. It is everything you expect from a top tier hotel company and the staff has always been very friendly. I will continue to stay here when I conduct business in Carson City.

Nice room, pleasant surroundings. Only stayed one night for business. Would stay there again.

We used this hotel literally for sleeping only. It had the perfect location for our purpose which was to ride a steam train. The bed and linen were both fantastic, but the bathroom was not spotless and that was upsetting.

Great Hotel could not have been treated any better by all persons who worked at this location

Very clean quiet room with a great view. I would have liked having a small microwave.

Hotel grade is good

Centrally located for visits to Lake Tahoe and to Virginia City.Took walking tour of historic homes in C.City; visited very interesting NV.State Museum and R.R. Museum; toured state capitol building. Lots of history to appreciate and gorgeous scenery. One of our better travel experiences.

Visited family in the area, easy access to Reno and Tahoe.

Thank you, Donna. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and dining at Duke's. We are working with housekeeping to attend to details with more vigilance.
