"I stayed at the Sonesta for almost a week while in Cairo. The room was spacious and comfortable, my bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel is well maintained and up-to-date. The staff were attentive and polite, though as a hotel that hosts numerous travel groups it can be very busy. The location is well situated close to the airport, but it is probably half an hour by car from major attractions. One plus is that it is just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Stadium metro station should you wish to see Cairo that way."

"Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively."
