Pro: Convenient... Clean... Great staff... Comfortable... Access to City Stars Mall added plus for stocking the fridge with value organic food... Enjoyed my stay... A good base to explore Cairo from... Occupied a two bedroom apartment... Con: no view... No dinning table and chairs...

Connected to City Stars Mall. Well secured hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. Supposedly good breakfast which we didn't try. We didn't like the two level suites since it felt like an empty apartment so we moved to a standard room which had a very nice layout and the needed amenities. We encountered two issues. One: water spilling from shower to bathroom floor that was temporarily solved by merely placing a towel as a barrier!! Two: horrible hard thick pillows and when asked for replacement, I got bad quality standard pillows! As far as price, I think it was slightly overpriced compared to other similar hotels. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Very nice place, next to a mall and several restaurants.Staff very friendly.especially the front office gentleman in spects Mr Amr.The breakfast is great though the variety a bit limited.overall, good place

I stayed in Staybridge with my family for 3 days, after a short visit to Luxor. I picked it for its proximity to city stars Mall as well as to Cairo airport. The 3 bed room sweet was very clean and beautifully furnished and my kids loved it. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Cairo shocked me this visit and the only reason I will come back is this nice hotel and the nice shopping and dining experience in city stars.

The location was excellent for convenience and comfort. It was attached to the City Stars Mall, which had everything one could imagine (shops, restaurants-upscale and fast food, hookah spot, dessert spots, movie theater, drop off child care facility, etc.); however, it appeared to be a distance away from the main attractions (the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, and the Nile River). I stayed there for a few days and took uber everywhere I needed to go; the cost was super cheap and service was pretty quick. You have to wait outside the corridors of the hotel, as I noticed uber drivers did not come inside the main parking lot of the hotel. Also note, the hotel is a 20 minute ride to/from the airport (not bad). My room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was ok (I didn't eat lunch/dinner at the hotel; it also appeared the meals came from the Holiday Inn/IHG across the way. Lastly, the service was ok; as I realized while flying out to Luxor, I left my laptop. I immediately called the hotel and a staff member at reception (I won't reveal the name) confirmed that housekeeping "found" the computer and they would safeguard it until my return in 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks come, I notify the hotel 3 times (on arrival day) that I was enroute back to Cairo to catch my evening flight and would come by to pick up my computer. Long story short, I arrived (with not much time to spare due to delayed flights), and my computer is nowhere to be "found", the housekeeping blamed security, security blamed housekeeping, and I'm being told my computer isn't there. I'm getting irritated because I had just called 3 times prior to landing that I would be on the way...15 minutes later and after informing them (front desk and manager) that I was leaving and someone would be responsible for delivery of computer, it appears. After signing document saying I received it, I hurried to my waiting uber. Once I get to the airport to go through security, I realized my laptop was broken. Not for sure if this was what the "confusion" was about back at the reception desk, but it was obviously too late to do anything about it.

we stayed two nights in October me with my husband celeprating his Birthday. The Suite, the decoration , the birthday cake and every thing they prepared for us was over my expectation, it was even complementry . The Suit we got was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful starting from the reciption upon arrival to the house keeping they are all very respectful and helpful. It was one of my best stay in cairo , we will for sure come again :) Jasmine & Amr

We booked a two bedroom & a 3 bedroom. We arrived Thursday evening around 7 PM , check in was smooth. The suites where ready, clean & had all what we could think of. I must say Personally felt uncomfortable with the lighting. Needed to be a bit brighter. We ordered from their menu the burgers from intercontinental Citystars were great according to my colleagues, although I found over priced EGP 185 . We ordered a cold & hold Lebanese assorted meza which was poor in both quantity & taste . I also ordered fried drumsticks, what I got was a backed/cooked 4 small pieces chicken. We also ordered a bottle of white wine & realized the next morning that I should have got from the Pantry , the hotel mini market located in the lobby as it was cheaper than room service. The next morning we had breakfast which was basic, nothing fancy, limited selection yet correct. We decided to use the Den lounge to have our meeting which was super convenient. We stayed there from 10am to 5pm & was great with the meeting table, lounges proximity to the coffee & tea which is offered all day free . We just needed to wait for the AC remote till they could locate. When we went up to the suites they were super clean & smelling nice. Was a very convenient stay , staff are pleasant & helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home.

This is the second time that I am staying here. It's an excellent place. Clean, friendly and professional. The best thing is that it has a Mall below ( Citystars) which is always brimming with activity and one thing missing is a small lawn where you could laze for a while. But this is a minor disadvantage - the best thing about Staybridge is it's extremely friendly and always ready to help staff. Rehab, Shady, Amer and so many more. From the Entry Gate to Front Desk to Housekeeping. They are all over. I wish I remembered more names before I sat down to review this property. It's rooms are equipped with a small Kitchenette which has a Dishwasher, a Microwave, Induction Stove, essential cutlery and other essential ingredients to make you enjoy your stay. The rooms are spacious still functional.I love this place and love to come back here again and again.

The hotel is very suitable for families. We took a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette. There is an all-day coffee & tea making machine in the lobby and a small grocery, gym and laundry room. Easy access to City Stars mall. Perfect if you are traveling with small children.

I would have given it 5 stars such a pleasant mini flat very clean and friendly staff. Plus a great location if you have shopping in your mind. However its such a shame not to have a pool. The management needs to settle this problem within the premises and or even arrange for the guests to use a near by pool in the area. I don't wish to be advised that I stay in intercontinental and or the holiday inn to use the pool. I needed to stay in such a suite because I stayed for 14 nights with children and its very convenient. However without a pool I will not come back
