We stayed in Stay bridge as a group of 4 and we loved everything.. we made it a habit to stay here every TIME we are in cairo. The rooms are great n spacious. Clean anf maintained. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.. quick. The access to the mall is easy and makes it a great spot to stay in. Every thing is Stay bridge is perfect. Highly recommend

From the first moment to the last my visit to the Staybridge was excellent for the accommodation and service provided. With an early arriving flight at 5am we planned to drop off our luggage and then return at check-in time, however were surprised on arrival before 6am to be shown immediately into a lounge area and given a 'pre-breakfast' while staff quickly went to prepare a room for us. We were then offered a full breakfast at 6:30am and shortly afterwards was told our room was ready and our bags had already been delivered. Another example of their above and beyond level of service was when I asked if I could borrow a luggage trolley to enable me to move a heavy item I wished to purchase from the adjacent mall back to the hotel. I was told guests were not to use the luggage trolleys and instead the luggage guy accompanied us to the mall and brought the item back with us. He also helped with the communication with the salesman and because the gift was for a wedding he even helped wrap the gift in the shop. Even the guys scanning the luggage in and out of the hotel for added security always jumped up from their seats to give you a welcome greeting even when you were exiting the hotel. Finally there was the trip to the wedding which was in some jeopardy when the car we had ordered did not come at the agreed time. When we could not wait any longer we asked hotel staff for assistance and they had a replacement vehicle ready for us in two minutes and we were able to arrive only a few minutes late. Apart from the service the room itself was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen area, good enough bathroom, very comfortable large bed, sitting area, good TV and a small balcony. Only negative was the shower which for a big guy was a little narrow due to a side shelf which took up a lot of width. The breakfast buffet was of a high standard with a reasonable variety of choices. Fresh omelettes on the weekend were a highlight. We made good use of room service, which provided an excellent menu at very low cost. Other eating options are to use the in room self catering kitchen or the many restaurants or food court in the adjacent City Stars Mall. Overall we found this to be a great hotel and thanks to the excellence of service the best of the three attached to the mall and by far the best value. /highly recommended.

This was my very first ever Staybridge Suites Experience and I’m very happy to say it won’t be my last. It is a lovely self catering apartment style hotel directly attached to the Cairo Citystars Mega Mall which is very handy. Being a IHG Spire Elite rewards club member, I was given a warm welcome and upgraded to a wonderful apartment with its own terrace which has superb views to over the surrounding shopping district and city. The room was lovely, the bed was cosy, an ambient tempreture is kept by a very good air conditioning. There’s a kitchen and everything you might require if staying long term, I was only there for a night but I could see that for a week or longer stay this would be a great advantage as they also have a laundry and mini store for supplies and a very good breakfast is included. The apartment was very clean and well kept by an effecient house keeping, very tastefully furnished with comfy lounge and arm chairs and a delightful bed with soft pillow top which was a delight to sleep on. The room was made up brilliantly and spotless. The curtains in the rooms are block out, so a sleep in is possible. Dont forget to put your do not disturb sign out. And if your hungry, there is that in house store for some tasty snacks, with a healthy to naughty selection of food. The Breakfast served on the ground floor is a Buffet and has a large selection to meet all tastes all very fresh, delicious and tempting. This was my first ever Staybridge stay, as I always thought it was just self catering apartments but they are so much more. And I can see that this style of hotel apartment blend could be very handy for longer stays. The only negative is as a IHG rewards club member where you earn 10 points for every Dollar spent at all IHG hotels, with Staybridges it’s only 5 points per dollar. I don’t understand the reason for point variation and if I was needing extra points it may sway me towards a hotel rather than apartment, but that aside, a brilliant stay, great staff. Very helpful pleasant and lovely superb suite.

Pro: Convenient... Clean... Great staff... Comfortable... Access to City Stars Mall added plus for stocking the fridge with value organic food... Enjoyed my stay... A good base to explore Cairo from... Occupied a two bedroom apartment... Con: no view... No dinning table and chairs...

Connected to City Stars Mall. Well secured hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. Supposedly good breakfast which we didn't try. We didn't like the two level suites since it felt like an empty apartment so we moved to a standard room which had a very nice layout and the needed amenities. We encountered two issues. One: water spilling from shower to bathroom floor that was temporarily solved by merely placing a towel as a barrier!! Two: horrible hard thick pillows and when asked for replacement, I got bad quality standard pillows! As far as price, I think it was slightly overpriced compared to other similar hotels. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Very nice place, next to a mall and several restaurants.Staff very friendly.especially the front office gentleman in spects Mr Amr.The breakfast is great though the variety a bit limited.overall, good place

I stayed in Staybridge with my family for 3 days, after a short visit to Luxor. I picked it for its proximity to city stars Mall as well as to Cairo airport. The 3 bed room sweet was very clean and beautifully furnished and my kids loved it. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Cairo shocked me this visit and the only reason I will come back is this nice hotel and the nice shopping and dining experience in city stars.

The location was excellent for convenience and comfort. It was attached to the City Stars Mall, which had everything one could imagine (shops, restaurants-upscale and fast food, hookah spot, dessert spots, movie theater, drop off child care facility, etc.); however, it appeared to be a distance away from the main attractions (the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, and the Nile River). I stayed there for a few days and took uber everywhere I needed to go; the cost was super cheap and service was pretty quick. You have to wait outside the corridors of the hotel, as I noticed uber drivers did not come inside the main parking lot of the hotel. Also note, the hotel is a 20 minute ride to/from the airport (not bad). My room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was ok (I didn't eat lunch/dinner at the hotel; it also appeared the meals came from the Holiday Inn/IHG across the way. Lastly, the service was ok; as I realized while flying out to Luxor, I left my laptop. I immediately called the hotel and a staff member at reception (I won't reveal the name) confirmed that housekeeping "found" the computer and they would safeguard it until my return in 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks come, I notify the hotel 3 times (on arrival day) that I was enroute back to Cairo to catch my evening flight and would come by to pick up my computer. Long story short, I arrived (with not much time to spare due to delayed flights), and my computer is nowhere to be "found", the housekeeping blamed security, security blamed housekeeping, and I'm being told my computer isn't there. I'm getting irritated because I had just called 3 times prior to landing that I would be on the way...15 minutes later and after informing them (front desk and manager) that I was leaving and someone would be responsible for delivery of computer, it appears. After signing document saying I received it, I hurried to my waiting uber. Once I get to the airport to go through security, I realized my laptop was broken. Not for sure if this was what the "confusion" was about back at the reception desk, but it was obviously too late to do anything about it.

we stayed two nights in October me with my husband celeprating his Birthday. The Suite, the decoration , the birthday cake and every thing they prepared for us was over my expectation, it was even complementry . The Suit we got was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful starting from the reciption upon arrival to the house keeping they are all very respectful and helpful. It was one of my best stay in cairo , we will for sure come again :) Jasmine & Amr

We booked a two bedroom & a 3 bedroom. We arrived Thursday evening around 7 PM , check in was smooth. The suites where ready, clean & had all what we could think of. I must say Personally felt uncomfortable with the lighting. Needed to be a bit brighter. We ordered from their menu the burgers from intercontinental Citystars were great according to my colleagues, although I found over priced EGP 185 . We ordered a cold & hold Lebanese assorted meza which was poor in both quantity & taste . I also ordered fried drumsticks, what I got was a backed/cooked 4 small pieces chicken. We also ordered a bottle of white wine & realized the next morning that I should have got from the Pantry , the hotel mini market located in the lobby as it was cheaper than room service. The next morning we had breakfast which was basic, nothing fancy, limited selection yet correct. We decided to use the Den lounge to have our meeting which was super convenient. We stayed there from 10am to 5pm & was great with the meeting table, lounges proximity to the coffee & tea which is offered all day free . We just needed to wait for the AC remote till they could locate. When we went up to the suites they were super clean & smelling nice. Was a very convenient stay , staff are pleasant & helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home.
