We arrived on 01/28 to 01/31 upon returned from El Medinah "Saudi Arabia" Staff Friendly upgraded to Non smoking Suite staff and house keeping keep my room in good acceptable condition. Mr. Ehab "IT" solve my laptop connection to Wifi hotel is very close from everything you may need, also adjacent with special exit to the City stars Mall, if you miss anything you may go direct few steps to the Mall. Also the Mall 4th floor has a lot of Food courst, and recommended "Mandarine Koueider" restaurant, (not listed in TripAdvisor) - you can eat and get desserts and enjoy your time. we leaving today to go to our apartment will be ready for us.
I stayed at Holiday Inn for a week, while in Cairo for a business trip. The hotel is superb, the staff helpful, and it is next to a very big shopping mall. It is also very close to the airport and the area is patrolled regularly by police. I would recommend it being in the outskirts of Cairo, which are less crowded and better patrolled by police.
Stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything from check in to restaurants and valet parking were more than excellent, especially the 5th floor housekeeping team . I would like to mention by name Hisham who was always ready to accommodate all our needs with a smile and soo polite. Definitely recommend this hotel for family weekends in Cairo , pleasant , safe and tons of shopping , cinemas and restaurants in city stars mall were you can go to through the hotel restaurant without even going out soo practical for our teenage girls. Thank you .
This hotel is citystars area, it is along Intercontinental and staybridge apartment hotel , all the three hotel are surrounding citystars shopping mall, I spent two days at this hotel , and it was very nice and convenient, The hotel is located in shopping mall near the airport , it is a good hotel for family ,very new furniture, the photo in in tripadvisor are the same one you will see in this hotel
I think I wanna review the hotel alone , it’s a neat hotel not the best rooms ever but it’s ok As for the breakfast, this is one of the best breakfast I ever had , the staff are very helpful and friendly Not to be missed
This has been the worst experience ever. The hotel is not clean and people are so rude will never recommend such place again. I felt very uncomfortable and very unsafe. I would recommend Nile Ritz as I stayed there before and was much more clean and people are friendly
Location is very good if you want / have to go to CityStars shopping center. If we want to have a good stay, we must avoid a room on the street side. Horn and shouts non-stop, night and day. Breakfast was not an Holiday Inn standard, few choice. The small garden near the bar is very nice and sometimes, there are music players.
Hotel being OK generally speaking but maybe less than HI standards ... My room was not so clean especially the floor with carpet was not cleaned. A lot of noise if the room is on street side , avoid it. No double glazing I guess ... breakfast is basic. Good point : well placed in a shopping mall , Intercontinal hotel just few mn walking having a nice place to have a drink !
My check in was blah. I don't know if Khalid just don't have a personality or if he just didn't feel like being at work. The lady from guest relations came over & she was very welcoming so I'm not sure if she noticed the look on my face or if that was standard procedure. Location was great. It was attached to Cairo City Stars Mall which is HUGE! Everything your heart desires is at your door step. The room was standard & the bed was hard. The street noise was unbearable. Lots of horn blowing & sirens. I was tired so eventually I dosed on off in spite of all the noise.
The rooms are clean and mostly in good condition. Unfortunately you hear the traffic outside very loud. The breakfast is of good quality, with local and international choices. They have several restaurants and a bar. I can recommend the "Windows" restaurant, where they serve really good food. Try the Mezze and really try the Om Ali! The bar is not very nice to spend some time, because of the club above with very loud music. Service is very friendly.
