Room cleaning was the best I have seen in a long time in any hotel, it feels like the first day everytime it's cleaned. Staff are amazing and attentive. The dining area is beautiful and well decorated. The food tastes amazing especially by Chef Abdulrahman. So many choices and very well priced!

Staff was beyond responsive. The main problem was toxic gas. Someone in the city releases it and it gets sucked into their ac. At 4am one night and 1pm the next it happened. Not just smelly, dangerous. Made me ill. I had to keep the ac off most of the time. The hall also stunk the first morning. They changed the air freshener. Not sure if that was just covering up an issue. They came into my room and checked the unit even though I tried to explain that it was probably a system/city wide issue. My side of the hall just had views of a parking lot. They also upcharge too much for tours and taxis. $53 for a taxi to the airport. I overpaid at $35 coming to them.

Okay Stay - Hotel is Clean But...

Hotel is in a great location and is in relatively good condition for its age. Service was good as well and hotel was clean for the most part. I did not try their restaurant. However, I did find a Bed Bug in my bed and had a few bites on my back from it. Thankfully there was only one and the hotel offered me to change rooms, free breakfast etc. to compensate. Decided to stay in my room after they cleaned it and did not have an issue the second night
